Join now >Samaje Perine contained on 21 touches in Week 14 loss.
Perine rushed 17 times for 45 yards and caught four passes for seven yards. The rookie failed to get going with Los Angeles jumping out to a big lead, but he handled most of the backfield work after Byron Marshall went down with a hamstring injury. Perine will be an RB2 option next Sunday against Arizona, and being at home should give the Redskins a better chance of playing ahead.

Alshon Jeffery makes key touchdown catch in Week 14 win.
Jeffery battled with Rams cornerback Trumaine Johnson for much of the afternoon, and he caught five passes for 52 yards and a touchdown in the game. The touchdown was on a spectacular catch in the end zone, as he made himself available on fourth-and-goal and went down to wrap his hands around the ball before it could touch the ground. Unfortunately, it was Carson Wentz’s last throw of the game before leaving with his knee injury. Without Wentz, Jeffery’s fantasy value will probably take a hit, but he’s still a starting option next week against the Giants.

Kirk Cousins, Redskins eliminated from playoff contention with 30-13 loss to the Chargers.
Cousins was 15/27 for 151 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He also rushed twice for eight yards. Washington is now 5-8 heading into a matchup with the Cardinals, but they will at least return home for that one. Still, Cousins is difficult to trust with so much at stake for fantasy owners, as he just hasn’t had consistency around him all season. Consider him a QB2.

Nelson Agholor comes up clutch in Eagles’ win.
Agholor was targeted 11 times against the Rams, catching eight passes for 64 yards in the stadium he played college ball at for USC. The third-year receiver was an extremely reliable target underneath for the Eagles, and his best play was on a third-down conversion late in the game on a perfectly throw ball by Nick Foles beyond the sticks. Without Carson Wentz, Agholor’s fantasy value might take a hit. But it would be wise for the Eagles to try and get the ball in his hands as much as possible—and Foles appears to trust him to make plays. Agholor is a FLEX option for Week 15 against the Giants.

Trey Burton scores twice in Week 14.
If you picked up Burton to play for an injured Zach Ertz, it certainly paid off for you. Burton caught five of six targets for 71 yards and two touchdowns against the Rams, with both scores coming on throws to the end zone in traffic. The versatile tight end won’t be a recommended fantasy option if Ertz is back in Week 15, but it’s good to see him flash the ability that makes him a very valuable member of the team.

Jamaal Charles held without a carry in win over the Jets.
Charles did catch three passes, but was held to just 12 yards. It would have been cool to see what the veteran could have done for a competitive team, but that didn’t happen this season. He isn’t a fantasy option on Thursday night against Indianapolis.

Torrey Smith hits 100 yards against the Rams.
Smith probably had his best overall game of the season in the Week 14 victory, catching six of 11 targets for 100 yards, with a long of 46 yards. The veteran led the team in receiving, and it was his first game over 100 yards with the Eagles. Smith isn’t a reliable fantasy option as the third or fourth best wide receiver on the Eagles, though.
