Mack had seven carries for 23 yards and added two receptions for a team-high 21 yards in snowy Buffalo against the Bills. The Florida boy might have preferred different weather, but it was probably at least some fun to play in the snow. With Frank Gore approaching 1,000 rushing yards for the 10th season, it’s possible Mack doesn’t get a sizable workload over the last few games. Expect him to continue mixing in for touches behind Gore.

Mark Ingram gets 16 touches in Week 14.
Rookie Alvin Kamara unfortunately went down with a concussion in the first series of the game, which left Ingram as the clear leader in New Orleans’ backfield. However, the Saints used more of a pass-heavy gameplan in tonight’s game, and Ingram didn’t get a ton of work. He had 12 carries for 49 yards and four receptions for 43 yards in the loss. The good news is Ingram didn’t show any limitations because of the toe injury he was listed with entering the game. He did take a shot to the back late in the game, but he returned to action and appeared to be OK. Ingram will be an RB1 against the Jets in Week 15 in a game the Saints might get back to more of a run-heavy approach.

Frank Gore notches career high in carries against Buffalo.
The Colts ran the ball 46 times compared to 22 pass attempts, as there were heavy-snow conditions against the Bills. Gore carried 36 times for 130 yards and added one reception for ten yards in the game. This was Gore’s first 100-yard game of the season, and he’s now over 200 carries for the 12th consecutive season. The veteran running back has a shot at 1,000 yards for the tenth time in his career this season, so he might get a sizable workload over the last three games to try and reach it. Gore is in the FLEX conversation for Week 15 against the Broncos.

Drew Brees throws late interception in loss to the Falcons.
The veteran quarterback had a very good game and was in a position to win it at the end for the Saints, but he threw an interception with just over a minute to go on a pass to the end zone intended to tight end Josh Hill that was underthrown and picked off by linebacker Deion Jones. It was the only big mistake Brees made all game, and his touchdowns were to Tommylee Lewis on a 26-yarder that appeared to beat a cover-2 defense and a one-yard out route to Michael Thomas off a pick play. Overall, Brees was 26/35 for 271 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. Brees will remain a QB1 when the Saints face the Jets in Week 15.

Jacoby Brissett throws one touchdown in snowy Buffalo.
In a game in which it was difficult to pass (there were 11 pass attempts combined in the first half), there wasn’t much fantasy value to go around in the passing game. Brissett was 11/22 for 69 yards and a touchdown while adding three carries for ten yards. The Colts return home to their dome when they face the Broncos this Thursday night, but Brissett isn’t a highly-reccomended fantasy option.

Tevin Coleman leaves game to be evaluated for a possible concussion.
Coleman just took a big hit from two Saints defensive tackles who stuffed him right when he got a handoff late in the fourth quarter. He was down for a few seconds before getting up and going to the sideline with trainers. It now looks like he’ll enter concussion protocol, and with about five minutes to go in the game his night is probably over. Coleman had nine carries for 32 yards before leaving, and he was just wide open for a would-be touchdown on a wheel route, but Matt Ryan was pressured and didn’t see him. Hopefully Coleman is feeling OK after the hit he took.

Le’Veon Bell returns against Baltimore.
Thankfully the hit he took earlier in the second quarter looks like nothing more than a hyperextension. Bell is back in there for a two-minute drill as the Steelers attempt to add some more points before halftime.
