Join now >Jay Cutler (concussion) was limited in practice today.
Cutler is at least making progress as he recovers from his concussion, but he’ll need to get fully cleared and out of concussion protocol to play on Sunday. Consider him questionable at this point.

Drew Brees helps lead comeback as Saints improve to 8-2.
The Saints were down by 15 points to the Redskins with under six minutes to go, but they came back to tie the game and win in overtime. Brees was 29/41 for 385 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the Week 11 victory. The interception came early in the game on an underthrown deep ball into double coverage to Michael Thomas, but Brees bounced back and avoided mistakes after that. The first touchdown was to Josh Hill on a play-action pass for three yards. And the second touchdown was on a short pass to Alvin Kamara, who bobbled it but took it through the defense before tying the game with a two-point conversion to send it to overtime. This was one of the best games of the season for Brees, but it might be tough to repeat it with a tough matchup against the Rams next week while also considering the Saints will likely get back to running the ball more.

Matthew Stafford (ankle) returns to game.
The injury looked bad based off his reaction and limping when it first occurred, and he’s still limping pretty badly, but he’s been taped up and is back out there in the big NFC matchup versus Minnesota. The Lions are currently down four points with under nine minutes to go in the game.

Javorius Allen handles four touches in Week 11 win.
Allen rushed three times for eight yards and caught a nine-yard pass. Danny Woodhead’s return to the lineup drains almost all of Allen’s fantasy value for the rest of the season, so he can be dropped in all leagues. The Ravens play the Texans next week on Monday Night Football.

Matthew Stafford leaves game with apparent leg injury.
On a touchdown throw in the beginning of the fourth quarter against the Vikings, Stafford appeared to have his right ankle rolled up on pretty badly. Stafford was on the ground in a lot of pain, and he limped badly toward the sideline before getting looked at by trainers. The good news is it looks like an ankle injury rather than a knee, but he might not be able to return to this close one-possession game against the Vikings. We’ll update you with Stafford’s status as more information becomes available.

Alex Collins handles 24 touches in Week 11 win.
Collins rushed 20 times for 49 yards and a touchdown, adding four receptions for 22 yards. Fantasy owners were saved by a three-yard score in the fourth quarter to put Baltimore up 23-0, but they should take it. Collins remains a FLEX option heading into a MNF matchup with the Texans.

JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) did not practice today.
This isn’t a great sign for the rookie’s status for Sunday night against the Packers. Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said the rookie is going to need practice reps to play, so a non-participation today might indicate his chances of playing aren’t great. However, there’s still another practice tomorrow, and we’ll see how he’s listed when the official injury report is released.
