Nathan Peterman | Free Agent QB

Nathan Peterman plays at the end of Bills loss.

With Buffalo down big to the Saints, the rookie was inserted into the game for starter Tyrod Taylor. Peterman played well, going 7/10 for 79 yards and a touchdown (the first of his career), with the score going to tight end Nick O’Leary for seven yards. It’d be a surprise if the Bills benched Taylor in favor of the rookie, but it’s something to watch—and it’s good to see Peterman play well and get his first career touchdown out of the way quickly.

Ty Montgomery | Free Agent RB

Ty Montgomery (ribs) has been ruled out during game versus Chicago.

Montgomery original broke ribs back in Week 4’s Thursday night matchup against the Bears, and now he has another rib injury in this second matchup with the Bears. It’s unclear if it’s a re-aggravation of the injury he suffered earlier in the season, but it wouldn’t be a surprise if it is. With Aaron Jones (knee) already out for the game, rookie Jamaal Williams will handle most of the work in Green Bay’s backfield for about the entire second half.

Tarik Cohen | Free Agent RB

Tarik Cohen sees just two touches in loss to the Packers.

Cohen rushed once for one yards and caught a 10-yard pass. The rookie has really fallen out of the game plan in recent weeks, and he saw fewer touches than Benny Cunningham on Sunday. Cohen is probably droppable in standard leagues and is just a weak bench option in PPR leagues right now. The Bears host the Lions next week.

11/13/17 - 11:06 AM ET

Vance McDonald | Retired TE

Vance McDonald (ankle) is back in the game for the Steelers.

McDonald returned in the second quarter and appears to be fine after limping off with an ankle injury earlier in the game.

11/12/17 - 03:19 PM ET

Jordan Howard | Free Agent RB

Jordan Howard rushed 15 times for 54 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Packers.

Howard was held in check for the most part against Green Bay, as he had a 25-yard rush, but gained just 29 yards on his other 14 attempts. Despite Mitchell Trubisky throwing it 35 times, Howard wasn’t a factor in the passing game. Chicago’s offensive centerpiece should bounce back next week against Detroit. Keep him in lineups as a solid RB1.

11/13/17 - 11:02 AM ET

Ryan Grant | Packers WR

Ryan Grant is out for the game with a concussion.

Grant took a huge hit over the middle from 329-pound Vikings defensive tackle Linval Joseph, and he’s been declared out with a concussion. Before leaving the game, Grant was working as a reliable target for Kirk Cousins, catching three passes for 25 yards.

11/12/17 - 03:16 PM ET

Mitchell Trubisky | Bills QB

Mitchell Trubisky throws for career-high 297 yards in 23-16 loss to Green Bay.

Trubisky was 21/35 for 297 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions. The second-0verall pick never had more than 164 passing yards in a game, so the bye week clearly helped him get more comfortable in the offense and with his receivers. Trubisky’s score came in the fourth quarter on a 46-yard pass to Josh Bellamy, and his completion percentage (60%) was has best of the season. Chicago still stay at home to try to beat the Lions in Week 11. Trubisky isn’t a recommended fantasy option.
