Join now >Kelvin Benjamin (knee) did not practice today.
It’s probably a precautionary day or day of rest for Benjamin, who’s expected to be fine for Week 7 against the Bears. The hope was that Benjamin would be closer to 100% from his knee issue after the team’s mini bye, but he hasn’t missed any games and there’s no reason to panic.

Giovani Bernard gets two carries against the Colts.
Bernard was targeted twice in the passing game, but he didn’t catch either one, just getting the two carries for five yards. Though a good player, Bernard does not need to be on fantasy rosters right now—even in PPR leagues—as he’s behind Joe Mixon for work in the backfield.

Benjamin Watson scores in Week 7.
The veteran tight end caught a touchdown from Ryan Mallett in the second quarter to cap the drive Joe Flacco left with a concussion. Watson had two receptions for six yards and a touchdown in the game, so the score made his fantasy day. Against a Raiders team susceptible to tight ends, Watson should be a good TE2 option in Week 9.

The Cowboys released QB Kellen Moore.
Cooper Rush is the backup to Dak Prescott, and Moore was released to make room for tight end Blake Jarwin on the active roster. If Dallas runs in to injury issues at the quarterback position, expect them to bring Moore back.

Michael Floyd (hamstring) was limited in today’s practice.
Floyd appears to be further behind than Stefon Diggs (groin), who practiced fully for the first time in a couple weeks and looks set to return this Sunday. Hopefully Floyd can practice fully tomorrow, and we’ll see how he’s listed when the official injury report for the game is released in the next 24 hours or so.

Martavis Bryant catches one pass in Week 7.
Bryant had a three-yard reception and a two-yard carry against the Bengals. Even in a Steelers win, Bryant’s situation is still something to keep an eye on. He thinks he’s one of the best receivers in the NFL, but his numbers are nowhere close to that this season. Bryant is a very risky option against the Lions next week, as his floor is that of a zero point fantasy game.
10/23/17 - 02:55 PM ET
Jason Witten scores in Week 7 win.
Witten caught four passes for 54 yards, with the highlight being a dime into the end zone from Dak Prescott on an 18-yard touchdown. Witten has had four really good games sandwiching two quiet ones, but he should be in line for another good one against Washington next week, as the Redskins don’t defend tight ends well. Consider the veteran a low-end TE1 option.
