Fitzgerald has torched the Eagles in the past, but they’ve been solid against slot receivers this season, and Carson Palmer barely had time to think on Sunday with pass rushers in his face all game. Fitz has made plays this year, but he might look a step slower than even last season. Still, he’s an every-week WR1/WR2 in PPR leagues and a WR2 in standard leagues. The Cardinals host the Bucs next Sunday.

Andre Ellington caught nine passes for 65 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Eagles.
He also rushed once for negative-two yards. Ellington has caught nine passes in back-t0-back games, and he’s beginning to look like a real option in PPR leagues, as Carson Palmer needs to dump it off to his running back with pass rushers routinely closing in. Consider Ellington a solid FLEX option in PPR leagues for Week 6.

J.J. Nelson caught four passes for 80 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Eagles.
He also rushed once for 14 yards, and would have had a late touchdown if not for fumbling out of bounds before crossing the end zone—and it unfortunately led to a lost fumble. Nelson looked to be clearly behind Larry Fitzgerald, Jaron Brown, and John Brown, but they all played, and Nelson led the team in yards. He might be able to get deep against the Bucs next Sunday, but the speedster isn’t a recommended fantasy option.

The Giants fall to 0-5 as they lose their top three receivers.
Eli Manning was 21/36 for 225 yards, two touchdowns, one interception, and a fumble lost against the Chargers, as the team lost Brandon Marshall and Sterling Shepard to ankle injuries (that don’t appear too serious) and Odell Beckham Jr. potentially for the year with a fractured ankle. Manning’s touchdowns in the loss were a deep bell to a wide-open OBJ for 48 yards and another deep ball to Roger Lewis for 29 yards. Without OBJ and potentially without Marshall and Shepard, Eli probably should not be close to your starting lineup against the Broncos next week in what could be an ugly one.
10/9/17 - 12:42 PM ET
Chris Johnson rushed nine times for 21 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Eagles.
He also caught an eight-yard pass. Arizona simply couldn’t block Philly’s front, and they couldn’t get the running game going down 21-0 in the first quarter. Johnson should be better in an easier matchup against Tampa Bay next Sunday, but he’s just a weak FLEX option.

Tyrell Williams catches one pass in Week 5.
Williams gained 22 yards on his reception, and he was targeted on another deep ball by Philip Rivers in the game. With rookie Mike Williams expected to make his NFL debut in Week 6, there’s a chance Tyrell Williams starts losing some playing time, but he’s still an excellent option for deeper leagues next week against Oakland. He had a five-reception, 117-yard, one-touchdown game in one of the games against them last season.
10/9/17 - 12:39 PM ET
Carson Palmer was 28/44 for 291 yards and one touchdown in Sunday’s blowout loss to the Eagles.
Palmer had little help in Philadelphia, as the offensive line couldn’t hold up against an elite pass rush, and when he could get throws off, they were often in a messy pocket. His lone touchdown came on a nice throw to John Brown from 13 yards out. Things will be much easier in Week 6 when the Cardinals host the Bucs, and Palmer is worth looking at as a QB1 option.
