Nick Williams | 49ers WR

Nick Williams caught three passes for 30 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Bills.

Williams had an offensive role on Sunday because of injuries to Julio Jones and Mohamed Sanu, and he made his first receptions of the season. He can stay on the waiver wire as the Falcons head into their Week 5 bye.

D'Onta Foreman | Free Agent RB

D’Onta Foreman carries 13 times in Week 4.

The rookie running back picked up 45 yards on his 13 carries, but Lamar Miller had 11 more total touches than him. The Texans had 42 rushing attempts in their blowout win over the Titans, so we’ll have to see how much work Foreman gets in closer games. Foreman is one of the best handcuffs in fantasy right now, and he could have standalone value this year.

10/2/17 - 12:29 PM ET

Andre Ellington | Free Agent RB

Andre Ellington plays best in Cardinals backfield in Week 3.

Ellington picked up 22 yards on five carries while catching five passes for 59 yards. Meanwhile, Chris Johnson had only 17 yards on 12 carries against the Cowboys. Bruce Arians might opt to limit Ellington’s carries and keep him more of a passing down back, but there’s a chance he’s in line for more carries moving forward. He gets the 49ers next week.

9/26/17 - 08:27 AM ET

Michael Campanaro | Free Agent WR

Michael Campanaro caught four passes for 25 yards in Sunday’s loss to Pittsburgh.

Campanaro split time as the team’s third receiver behind Jeremy Maclin and Mike Wallace, and he will continue to do so next week against the Raiders. He’s not a fantasy option.

10/2/17 - 01:16 PM ET

Jay Ajayi | Free Agent RB

Jay Ajayi (knee) did not practice today.

There is no concern for Ajayi’s knee ahead of Sunday’s game in London. He also missed practice time last week, and it’s nothing to worry about. Ajayi has a great matchup against the Saints on Sunday.

9/27/17 - 04:58 PM ET

Kelvin Benjamin | Free Agent TE

Kelvin Benjamin (knee) did not practice today.

This was expected, but Benjamin—who does not have structural damage in his knee—might be out there tomorrow or Friday for practice. The Panthers could certainly use him in a game against New England they’ll probably need to score some points in.

9/27/17 - 04:07 PM ET

Russell Wilson | Giants QB

Russell Wilson throws for career-high in passing yardage, but Seahawks fall to 1-2.

Things did not start out well again for Seattle’s offense against the Titans, but Wilson got the offense moving and ended up going 29/49 for 373 yards and four touchdowns in the game. He also added seven carries for 26 yards. After being a bit off early in the game, Wilson mostly threw the ball very well for the rest of it, as he spread the ball around and hit four different receivers (Doug Baldwin, Luke Willson, Paul Richardson, and Chris Carson) for touchdowns. The traditionally slow starter appears to be back on track now. He’s a QB1 against the Colts in Week 4.
