Jameis Winston | Giants QB

Bucs struggle against Minnesota’s defense in Week 3 loss.

Jameis Winston was 28/40 for 328 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions against the Vikings. Playing in Minnesota against the defense is not an easy task, but the third-year quarterback appeared to make some very bad decisions—something that needs to change. Next week against the Giants won’t be easy, but the game is back home in Tampa Bay at least. Winston is in the backend QB1 conversation for that game.

Michael Crabtree | Free Agent WR

Michael Crabtree (chest) was downgraded to doubtful for tomorrow.

It doesn’t look like he’s going to play against the Broncos. Good on the Raiders for being honest about it and downgrading Crabtree to doubtful ahead of tomorrow. There’s a chance Crabtree plays tomorrow, but it’s not likely. You should insert someone else into your lineup, especially with the Raiders playing in the later games. Derek Carr should also be downgraded some in an already-difficult matchup.

Kaelin Clay | Giants WR

Kaelin Clay catches first career pass in Bills’ win over the Broncos.

It went for 28 yards. Clay isn’t a fantasy option, but good for him making his first NFL reception, and in a win nonetheless.

9/25/17 - 10:53 AM ET

Stefon Diggs | Patriots WR

Stefon Diggs goes off in Vikings’ win over Tampa Bay.

Diggs caught eight passes for 173 yards and two touchdown abasing the Bucs. He completely dominated in the game, even without starter Sam Bradford at quarterback. On the first touchdown, he went up for a jump ball after he ran a corner route; and the second touchdown was on an out-breaking route that Diggs caught and broke a tackle before jogging to the end zone for 59 yards. Diggs also added another long reception in the game, and he seemed to get open at will against the Bucs. Sam Bradford returning would make Diggs a more consistent option, but he should be in most fantasy lineups either way in Week 4 against Detroit.

9/25/17 - 11:28 AM ET

Trey Burton | Free Agent TE

Trey Burton catches two of three targets in Eagles’ win.

Burton had seven yards on his two receptions and is not currently on the fantasy radar despite his contributions to the Eagles in real life.

9/25/17 - 10:53 AM ET

Kelvin Benjamin | Free Agent TE

Kelvin Benjamin (knee) is on track to play on Sunday.

Panthers head coach Ron Rivera said this today at his press conference after practice. Benjamin’s knee injury is not considered serious, and it was more of a scare than anything. The Patriots are not an easy matchup, but fantasy owners can insert Benjamin into their fantasy lineups as a guy that could be playing behind against a high-scoring Patriots team.

9/28/17 - 02:55 PM ET

Nelson Agholor | Free Agent WR

Nelson Agholor gets three targets in Week 3.

Agholor had two receptions for 20 yards against the Giants. We think he needs to be involved in the game plan a lot more, as he appears to be totally confident and has a ton of ability. He gets the Chargers in Week 4.
