The Vikings fullback received a handoff at the one-yard line and scored on his first-career carry. Even in a Vikings loss, it’s good to see the 2016 undrafted player get in the end zone.

Drew Brees was 27/45 for 356 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday’s 36-20 loss to the Patriots.
Brees and the Saints trailed 21-3 at the end of the first quarter and were playing from behind the rest of the game. They just didn’t have the weapons to attack New England with Brandin Cooks wearing a Patriots uniform. Brees will be a high-end QB1 next week against Carolina, as even though they look better defensively this year, New Orleans averaged 375 passing yards in two games against them last season.

Stefon Diggs is limited by the Steelers in Week 2.
Diggs was at a disadvantage with quarterback Sam Bradford (knee) out for the game, and he had two receptions (on six targets) for 27 yards while adding a four-yard rush. Diggs offers a lot of upside with Bradford in the lineup, so hopefully he’s able to get healthy for Week 3 against Tampa.

Latavius Murray gets three carries in Week 2.
Murray picked up six yards on his three attempts. He’s clearly behind rookie Dalvin Cook, but Murray should work his way into more touches as he continues getting acclimated to the offense after his return from offseason ankle surgery.

Jerick McKinnon gets six Week-2 touches.
McKinnon carried three times for 16 yards and had three receptions for nine yards. Minnesota could not get much going offensively without their starting quarterback, but McKinnon is a risky fantasy option even if Sam Bradford is healthy for Week 3.

Chris Hogan caught five passes for 78 yards and a touchdown in Sunday’s win over the Saints.
Hogan’s score came on a 13-yard pass in the first quarter. Hopefully you didn’t give up on him after a quiet Week 1, as Hogan is a key part of the Patriots offense. He’s a solid FLEX option in Week 3 against the Texans injured secondary.

Steelers do a good job limiting Dalvin Cook in Week 2.
With Sam Bradford (knee) out, the Steelers likely put more of their focus on stopping the rookie Cook. He had 12 carries for 64 yards and two receptions for zero yards. A 25-yard run was Cook’s best of the day, and he was tackled right at the one-yard line and vultured by fullback C.J. Ham, likely angering many fantasy owners. Cook faces his former FSU teammate Jameis Winston next week, as the Buccaneers travel to Minnesota. Cook should be in your lineup regardless, but hopefully Sam Bradford is back to give the offense a boost.
