Jordan Reed (chest) is questionable to return against the Rams.

Reed headed to the locker room at what at first looked like it could be because of his toe injury, but it’s his chest. Hopefully he’s able to return, as Washington is in a tight game with LA.

Chargers WR Mike Williams (back) practiced today.

It was on a limited basis, but this is Williams’ first time practicing in months, as he missed all of training camp and preseason with the back injury. He’s obviously out for Week 2, but getting in a limited practice is definitely a great sign. It’s possible he’s back in Week 3 or Week 4. Remember: the Chargers didn’t put him on the PUP for a reason, he should be good by Week 6 at the very latest if all goes well.

Rob Kelley leaves Week 2 with a rib injury.

Kelley took a big hit in the second quarter against the Rams and he’s now headed to the locker room. He’s questionable to return and was having an excellent game (78 yards rushing) so far, so hopefully he’s able to get back in the game.

Danny Amendola (concussion/knee) is out for Week 2.

Amendola did not practice all week and presumably has not been cleared from his concussion sustained in the season opener eight days ago. Special teams ace Matthew Slater (hamstring) has also been ruled out on offense for New England, and stud linebacker Dont’a Hightower (knee) and nose tackle Vincent Valentine (knee) have also been ruled out against the Saints. It’s unclear who will fill in at the slot for the Pats with Amendola out, but running back Rex Burkhead could be an option. It’s also possible the Patriots play Chris Hogan, Brandin Cooks, or Rob Gronkowski in the slot a good amount. Phillip Dorsett will now be a top-three wide receiver behind Hogan and Cooks for the Patriots, but he’s not a recommended fantasy options. Hogan and Cooks are basically must-starts in a matchup against New Orleans. Hopefully Amendola is able to get cleared of his concussion and get healed up from his knee issue soon.

Mike Zimmer says Sam Bradford (knee) is “fine.”

After today’s loss to the Steelers, the Vikings head coach said “Sam is fine. He might play one game from now, he might play six weeks from now. Either way, he’s fine.” This is a bit peculiar but is sounds in line with the reports of Bradford having no ligament damage, but dealing with knee swelling and soreness. Bradford could be in a week-to-week situation where his availability comes down to his ability to move. He might be a game-time decision next week against the Bucs.

Chester Rogers (hamstring) is questionable for Week 2.

Rogers was able to be a full participant in practice today, so it’s looking good for him to be able to suit up on Sunday. You’re not starting Crowder outside of very deep leagues anyway, but the Colts play in the early games, so we’ll know by 11:30 AM ET if Crowder will be active or inactive for the game.

Greg Olsen broke his foot, he told reporters.

This is terrible news for Olsen, as he’ll now be out for several weeks and potentially the entire season. Before the season, Olsen had incentives put into his contract, so this likely makes it unlikely he reaches whatever those marks are. This is a big blow to a team that’s 2-0 and looking to get back to being contenders in the NFC. Olsen will almost certainly be placed on Injured Reserve, but he could be brought back as a designated to return player.
