Join now >Chris Carson rushed three times for 10 yards and the preseason finale.
Carson is almost certain to be on the 53-man roster after his impressive preseason, and he’s a name to keep an eye on with three injury-prone backs ahead of him on the depth chart.

Stevan Ridley scores in Denver’s fourth preseason game.
Ridley had 11 carries for 51 yards and a touchdown, including a long of 27 yards, versus the Cardinals. He gave a heck of an effort in making Denver’s roster and played well this preseason, but there ultimately might not be enough room for him in the running back group. If he doesn’t make the Broncos, there will likely be teams interested in the former 1,200-yard rusher.

C.J. Prosise suits up for Seattle’s preseason finale.
Prosise rushed three times for five yards and caught a three-yard pass. The oft-injured back missed time in August, so Pete Carroll wanted to give him a few touches before the regular season. With his ADP falling into the 14th round, Prosise could be a value there—even in a crowded backfield.

Blaine Gabbert plays in Cardinals’ fourth preseason game.
A couple days after head coach Bruce Arians praised Gabbert as a potential starting quarterback in the long-term, Gabbert got some action in the team’s final exhibition. He went 5/10 for 51 yards versus the Broncos before undrafted rookie Trevor Knight entered the game. In very deep dynasty leagues, Gabbert might be worth a roster spot as the potential starter for Arians and the Cardinals in 2018.

Mitchell Trubisky was 2/5 for 10 yards in the Bears’ preseason finale.
In his first NFL start, Chicago REALLY protected the second-overall pick, as they ran on each of the first nine plays, all of which resulted in three-and-outs. Trubisky got to throw a little bit after that, but they were safe play calls. Mike Glennon looks like the guy for Week 1, but Trubisky could make starts in 2017 on an underrated Bears roster.

Demarcus Robinson makes three long catches in final preseason game.
The second-year Chiefs receiver had three receptions for 127 yards and a touchdown, including a nice catch on a 53-yard bomb by future starter Patrick Mahomes II. Robinson really took advantage of this final preseason game, and it might have helped him lock up a roster spot with the Chiefs if he was on the bubble. We’ll find out for sure on Saturday when cuts are made.

David Njoku caught two passes for 28 yards in the preseason finale on Thursday night.
Njoku made a nice back-shoulder catch on a scramble by Cody Kessler, and even with a quiet preseason, it’s clear why the Browns took him in the first round. Njoku just turned 21 in July, so people expecting a lot from him as a rookie will probably be disappointed; tight ends rarely become big-time contributors in the first year in the league.
