Tannehill told Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald that the team has "definitely the most talent we've had with the receiving corps." Team team added Julius Thomas and Anthony Fasano at tight end this offseason, and the Dolphins quarterback noted that this is the second season in Adam Gase's offense. Tannehill also talked about how the offensive line should be improved, including with talented 2016 first round pick Laremy Tunsil moving to left tackle. There is a lot of talent on Miami's offense, and Tannehill will likely be the key to the Dolphins making the playoffs for a second straight season. Tannehill is a QB2 to start the season, but he could push for QB1 value.

Jameis Winston says rookie tight end O.J. Howard is "unreal."
Winston told NFL Network's Tiffany Blackmon that the former Alabama tight end is "just a specimen" and they are "privileged" to have him. The Buccaneers quarterback said what Howard is going to do "is going to be amazing." Winston also explained that Howard is "the fastest, most athletic 6'6", 255 guy I've ever seen in my life." Tampa Bay was lucky to select Howard with the 19th pick in the draft, and the early word has been great. Cameron Brate, who had a breakout season last year, is also there at tight end for the Bucs, but Howard will certainly have a role as a rookie. It's too early to tell if he'll have fantasy value this season, though.

"Being more run heavy" is a "primary goal" of the Eagles this season, according to Tim McManus.
The Eagles notably added former Patriots running back LeGarrette Blount late in free agency, and they say they want to run the ball more this season. Running backs coach Duce Staley said that head coach Doug Pederson made it clear they want to run the ball to "impose our will." Staley also said Pederson promised "we're not bringing these guys in here just to sit them up on the shelf." Blount is looking like he could get a lot of carries for the Eagles, but it's no lock. Pederson also said last season how he wanted to run the ball and take pressure off his young quarterback, but that never really happened. At the very least, Blount should get the most opportunities for the Eagles at the goal line, though. He'll be a much better option in standard leagues than PPR.

A.J. Green compares the Bengals' offseason additions on offense to the Falcons' from last season.
Green told Geoff Hobson of bengals.com, "[Julio] still made the same plays he made when he had the 1,800 yards, but when they double-teamed him they had (Sanu) and (Tyler) Gabriel. They’ve got to respect those guys. They went to the Super Bowl and Julio had (1,400) yards." Sanu and Gabriel were both added last year and helped elevate the offense and make it one of the toughest to stop in the NFL. Green is hoping some of the Bengals' own additions this year help the team improve, even if it decreases his numbers. The Bengals' number one receiver has always had one of the highest floors in fantasy football, and this year should be no different. Green is a solid pick in the first two rounds of fantasy drafts later this summer.

The Texans want to keep Lamar Miller fresh this season.
This has been obvious throughout the offseason, including the addition of Texas RB D'Onta Foreman in the third round of the draft. Running backs coach Charles London said almost 30 carries for Miller in some games isn't ideal and that they "probably need to balance his workload a little bit more" and use some other guys to keep Miller fresh at the end of the season and for a potential playoff run. There is no doubt Miller is the lead back in the Texans backfield, but he won't be a true workhorse getting 25+ touches like he was at the beginning of last season. He probably shouldn't be drafted in the first two rounds like he was last year, but Miller should be a fine fantasy option in 2017.

Ravens tight end Darren Waller has been suspended for at least one-year by the NFL.
Waller violated the league’s substance abuse policy for the second time after being suspended the first four games of last season for his first offence. Waller is a big, athletic 6’6″ tight end that would have had an opportunity to carve out a great role with the Ravens this season, but now he’ll need to sit out the season and apply for reinstatement in a year. Hopefully Waller gets it together and is able to follow the rules on his way to a productive career.

Greg Olsen feels "strongly" about being a top tight end; won't rule out holding out of training camp.
Olsen was on Adam Schefter's "Know Them From Adam" podcast and said "it's early right now" but didn't say he would definitely be in attendance at training camp. The Charlotte Observer reported last week that Olsen wanted a new deal that would pay him among the best tight ends in the NFL, and it's clear Olsen thinks he has deserved it. There's still two years left on the contract ($6.5 million/year), but Olsen wants a new deal now. We would think Olsen will report to the start of camp even without a new deal, but if he feels that strongly about it then maybe he'll hold out. We'll see.
