Join now >Eddie Lacy passed his weigh-in today, according to reports.
Lacy needed to weigh-in at 250 lbs. or below, and he is $55,000 richer for doing so. Not bad. The new Seahawks running back will play a lot faster (and better) if he keeps his weight down in the regular season, and the Seattle coaching staff seems to want him to be the leader of the backfield over a now-healthy and impressive Thomas Rawls. If things go as projected through training camp and the preseason, Lacy will be the best fantasy back on the Seahawks, but Rawls could end up being the best value.

Eagles running back coach Duce Staley said LeGarrette Blount is "something we haven't had here in a long time."
Staley, of course, was a productive running back for the Eagles in the late 90s and early 2000s, and he could be talking about himself as the last time Philly had a power back like Blount. Duce said "he brings that power" is reference to Blount, and his remarks about the new back suggest he has big plans for him. According to Staley, Blount has been great on the field and for the other running backs in the room. With a strong offensive line and no real threat to him on early downs, Blount could be in for a strong first season with the Eagles. He should be a really good value pick if his ADP doesn't climb, which it probably will.

Odell Beckham Jr. is at the Giants' team facility for mandatory mini camp.
This was expected, as Kimberly Jones and others reported that OBJ would be reporting for the team's mandatory training. Beckham also posted an Instagram video last night showing his training while he was away from the team, with the hashtag #ImBack. He probably should've been with his team for the voluntary OTAs (you don't see guys like Tom Brady or Larry Fitzgerald skipping OTAs), but the dynamic receiver should be in great shape as he reports to the team.

The Bills and Ravens expect Jeremy Maclin to make his decision today, according to Ian Rapoport.
Maclin attended a wedding over the weekend, but he's now expected to make a decision soon. Apparently Maclin isn't taking anymore visits. As Rapoport notes, the free agent receiver's decision should lead to the Eric Decker—who is still on the Jets—domino falling. It's difficult to predict where Maclin will decide to go, but if we had to guess we would say Baltimore because they likely have a better chance to compete for a Super Bowl this season; although the Buffalo visit did seem to go well and LeSean McCoy and Tyrod Taylor look to be recruiting him hard.

Thomas Rawls "feeling way better" this offseason.
Last offseason, Rawls was recovering from a serious ankle injury that forced him to miss all of offseason training. Now, he says "I actually get an offseason." Rawls also said he learned to take care of his body better. His body fat is down to about 8.5%, which is where it was during his great rookie season, and he feels "lighter" and "faster." Rawls worked at his pass catching ability so he can be more reliable on al three downs. Eddie Lacy is considered the favorite for early down work, but Rawls might make it hard on the coaches to keep him off the field.

Lions offense is "considerably different" with Ameer Abdullah on the field.
This, according to Tim Twentyman from the teams official website. Twentyman writes that Abdullah "had a couple nice cutback runs, and showed great burst after breaking through the line on one run," during the final OTA practice open to the media. He appears to be showing no issues coming back from his Lisfranc injury from last season. The Lions have made it clear that they're very high on Abdullah, and plan on giving him a lot of touches. Theo Riddick will be a factor in the passing game, but Abdullah should get 15+ touches through the ground and through the air this season if he stays healthy.
