Ridley’s foot/ankle issue is seen as minor after an MRI, and he has a shot to not miss any more action after leaving early last night. Ridley has the mini bye to get ready for Week 9 against the Broncos.

Aaron Jones (calf) has officially been ruled out for Week 8.
The Packers aren’t even giving Jones a questionable tag like last week, as they are playing it extremely safe with their star running back. This will be Jones’ second consecutive missed game, and Jamaal Williams is set for a heavy workload Sunday versus the Vikings.

Joe Mixon (foot) has officially been ruled out for Week 8.
Mixon did not practice all week, so this was expected. Giovani Bernard will again lead the Cincinnati backfield, and he’s a strong option against the Titans after a sizable workload last week. The Bengals have a Week 9 bye, so hopefully Mixon is ready to return in a couple of weeks versus the Steelers.

Allen Robinson (concussion) is officially listed as questionable for Week 8.
Robinson still did not return to practice, indicating he has a bit to go in the concussion protocol before he can get fully cleared for Sunday against the Saints. Ideally, there will be more clarity on A-Rob’s status by tomorrow or Sunday morning.
10/30/20 - 02:28 PM ET
Sammy Watkins (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 8.
The Chiefs are wisely taking things slow with Watkins, who will miss his third consecutive game with his hamstring issue. There’s probably a decent chance Watkins is able to return next week versus the Panthers.

UPDATE: The Vikings are now calling Dalvin Cook (groin) questionable for Sunday.
Hopefully the Vikings decided they just want to be extra careful with Cook and ensure he’s feeling good on gameday, but nevertheless the star running back’s status will be official on Sunday morning.
10/30/20 - 02:17 PM ET
Dalvin Cook is officially off the Week 8 injury report.
Cook was fully expected to be back in the lineup for the Vikings this Sunday against the Packers, and he’s officially ready to go coming off the bye. Cook missed just one game with his groin issue, and he can immediately be inserted into fantasy lineups as a top RB1 option.
