Sony Michel | Retired RB

The Patriots are placing Sony Michel on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Michel is already on injured reserve with his quad injury, and now he has to get off the COVID-19 list on top of that. This doesn’t mean that Michel has the virus, as he may have just been contract-traced to have been in close contact to someone else that tested positive.

Sammy Watkins | Free Agent WR

Sammy Watkins (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 6.

This was the expectation with Watkins week-to-week, and the team will rely on Mecole Hardman, Demarcus Robinson, and Byron Pringle to step up at receiver behind Tyreek Hill. Hardman in particular is in play as a high-upside FLEX for a potential shootout against the Bills on Monday.

Blake Bortles | Retired QB

The Broncos released Blake Bortles.

Drew Lock is ready to return for Denver, so this move was logical. Bortles will await another opportunity to potentially get on the field for a team this season.

Zack Moss | Bengals RB

Zack Moss is not listed on the Week 6 injury report.

Moss carries no injury designation after missing the past three games with his toe issue, so he’s good to go for Monday against the Chiefs. Moss will complement Devin Singletary in Buffalo’s backfield.

Dawson Knox | Bills TE

Dawson Knox (calf) has officially been ruled out for Monday night.

The second-year tight end is week-to-week while dealing with his calf issue.

10/17/20 - 01:26 PM ET

John Brown | Free Agent WR

John Brown (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Week 6.

Brown was able to practice fully this week, so we expect that he will be ready to go for Monday evening versus the Chiefs. Just be sure to have a backup plan in place if you want to use the big-play receiver in your fantasy lineup.

Noah Fant | Seahawks TE

Noah Fant (ankle) is out for Week 6.

Fant seemed to be trending in the right direction to play, but he is not traveling with the team to New England and is going to miss at least one more week. For those that need help at tight end, one of the Indianapolis (Trey Burton/Jack Doyle) or Minnesota (Kyle Rudolph/Irv Smith Jr.) options are worth looking into.
