Join now >The 49ers have placed Tevin Coleman (knee) on IR.
Coleman is dealing with a multi-week injury, so this isn’t a surprise. Fantasy owners should try to stash the veteran on IR themselves if possible. In the mean time, Jerick McKinnon and Jeff Wilson will lead the backfield until Raheem Mostert (knee) returns.

Sammy Watkins (concussion) is officially listed as questionable for Monday night.
Watkins has been able to practice on a limited basis this week, but he still needs to fully clear the concussion protocol. There’s optimism that Watkins will be able to go, but be sure to have a backup plan from the Monday night game if you’re planning to use him in your Week 3 lineup.

The Panthers have prompted Reggie Bonnafon to the active roster.
This was the expectation when Bonnafon was discussed as a potential contributor earlier this week with Christian McCaffrey (ankle) out. Mike Davis is fully expected to lead the backfield and could have RB2/FLEX value over the next few weeks.

Can Akers (ribs) will not play in Week 3.
The rookie was injured last week in the win over the Eagles, and it’s going to cost him at least one more game. Los Angeles will likely lean mostly on second-year back Darrell Henderson in a big game versus Buffalo; he’s a top 30 play at running back.
9/25/20 - 05:00 PM ET
Michael Thomas (ankle) is officially out for Week 3.
Thomas was unable to get cleared to play through his ankle injury, so he’ll miss his second consecutive game. Tre’Quan Smith will again assume the X role in Sean Payton’s offense, so he’s in the WR2/FLEX mix at the very least for Sunday night against the Packers.
9/25/20 - 04:47 PM ET
Davante Adams (hamstring) is officially listed as doubtful for Week 3.
Adams has not practiced all week, but Green Bay is hoping he’ll be able to give it a go against the Saints this Sunday night. It’s still early in the season, so the Packers might want to be cautious with their star receiver, and major progress must be shown between now and Sunday night. If you’re planning to play Adams in your Week 3 lineup despite the doubtful tag, you must have a backup plan from the Sunday night or Monday night game.
9/25/20 - 04:47 PM ET
Kenny Golladay (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable for Week 3.
Golladay was expected to make his season debut this Sunday against the Cardinals, but don’t lock it in quite yet. That said, Golladay says he is going to do everything he can do play, so we expect that the star receiver will be on the field. With the Lions at 0-2, Golladay certainly wants to try to be active so he can help his team. Detroit plays in the late-afternoon slate of games on Sunday, so be sure to have a backup plan in place in case he’s inactive.
