Wentz entered the medical tent to be evaluated for a concussion after being hit in the head, but he also seemed like he may have injured his back, so we’ll keep you updated when Philadelphia provides more information. Josh McCown is the backup for the Eagles.

Zach Ertz (ribs, back) is officially active for the Wild Card Round.
Ertz was cleared ahead of today, and he’s officially in the lineup for today’s playoff game against the Seahawks. Expect the Pro Bowl tight end to be limited after dealing with a broken rib and lacerated kidney suffered a couple of weeks ago, but his presence is still a definite boost for the Eagles.

Tyler Conklin (knee) is officially questionable to return for the Vikings.
Conklin was injured going up for a ball in the end zone, and he limped over to the sideline. We’ll update you when more information becomes available on his status.
1/5/20 - 02:22 PM ET
The Seahawks have officially ruled Jaron Brown (knee) out for today’s game.
It’s not surprising that Brown has been ruled out after just suffering his knee injury last week, but it is slightly surprising Seattle has decided to rule him out hours ahead of pre-game warmups. Brown would probably have a difficult time playing next weekend if the Seahawks are able to beat the Eagles and advance.
1/5/20 - 11:05 AM ET
Will Fuller (groin) is officially inactive for the Wild Card Round.
The Texans were hoping Fuller could somehow be ready to play in today’s playoff game against the Bills, but the speedy receiver just cannot go with the groin issue. This is a big loss for Houston as they look to advance to next weekend.
1/4/20 - 03:02 PM ET
Nelson Agholor (knee) has officially been ruled out for Sunday’s playoff game.
The Eagles are still hoping Agholor will be able to return at some point during the postseason, but he doesn’t seem particularly close to playing, as he’s being ruled out ahead of Wild Card Weekend.
1/3/20 - 03:24 PM ET
Miles Sanders is off the Wild Card Round injury report.
Not only is Sanders off the injury report, but he practiced fully today. After getting rest for the first two practices of the week, Sanders should look like his usual self for this Sunday’s playoff matchup against the Seahawks.
