Join now >The Colts have signed Zach Pascal to a one-year extension.
Pascal was quiet over the final two games, but overall, he finished with 41 receptions, 607 yards, and five touchdowns this season. The 25-year-old could get a chance to battle for the No. 3 receiver role behind T.Y. Hilton and Parris Campbell in 2020, but assuming the Colts add someone at the position, it’s more likely that he settles in as the No. 4.

The Colts have signed Mo Alie-Cox to a one-year extension.
The deal will keep Alie-Cox in Indy next season, and he could return as the No. 2 tight end behind Jack Doyle if Eric Ebron isn’t back. Unless the passing attack takes a significant step forward, though, big-time fantasy production is unlikely, especially because the Colts should be healthier in 2020.

Jaron Brown suffered a sprained MCL in Sunday night’s loss to the 49ers, according to Tom Pelissero.
It sounds like Brown will have a shot to suit up in the Wild Card Round, but if not, rookie John Ursua could continue seeing more work as a rotational piece in Seattle’s receiving corps.

Marshawn Lynch handles 12 carries in return to Seattle.
They went for 34 yards, and “Beast Mode” was able to find the end zone on a one-yard leap in the fourth quarter as Seattle fought back in an eventual 26-21 loss to San Francisco. The Seahawks were literally inches short of winning the game and NFC West in the final seconds, but they will instead head to Philadelphia in the Wild Card Round, and Lynch could push for 15+ touches after saying he felt good as the game progressed on Sunday night.

Derrick Henry rumbles for 211 yards and three touchdowns to get Tennessee into the playoffs.
Following a week off to rest his injured hamstring, Henry handled a season-high 32 carries in a 35-14 victory over the Texans, and the performance was enough to not only get the Titans back into the postseason, but also win the rushing title over Nick Chubb. The regular season for Henry ends with 303 carries, 1,540 yards, and 16 touchdowns on the ground with an additional 8 receptions for 206 yards and two touchdowns as a receiver (career-highs across the board). New England will need all hands on deck to stop the monster runner next Saturday night in the Wild Card Round.

A.J. Brown eclipses 1,000 receiving yards in Week 17 win.
Brown caught four passes for 124 yards and a touchdown, which came on a 51-yard catch-and-run in the first quarter. Overall, the second-round rookie ends his first regular season with 52 receptions, 1,051 yards, and eight touchdowns, also adding three carries for 60 yards and another score on the ground. Already looking like a legitimate All-Pro talent, Brown averaged 20.2 yards per reception and a whopping 12.5 yards per target this season, and it will be awesome to watch him go against New England’s stingy secondary next Saturday night.

David Johnson doesn’t record a touch in Week 17 loss.
Kenyan Drake unsurprisingly led the backfield again, so Johnson’s 2019 campaign finished with 94 carries, 345 rushing yards, two rushing touchdowns, 36 receptions, 370 receiving yards, and four receiving touchdowns. It looked like DJ would remain a strong RB1 to start the year in large part due to his production as a receiver, but things were all downhill after the “active” game in which he rushed once for two yards, and the acquisition of Drake led to no more than six touches in a game after Week 6. We think Johnson can still play, but he will surprisingly turn 29 next December, and a stacked rookie class makes it unlikely he lands in a workhorse role again.
