Zach Ertz (ribs, back) is officially listed as questionable for the Wild Card Round.

Ertz remained limited in today’s practice, and he needs full medical clearance before the Eagles will allow him to play while dealing with his rib injury. Those playing daily fantasy games should probably just leave Ertz out of lineups this weekend.

Alexander Mattison is off the Wild Card Round injury report.

Mattison is officially set to return along with Dalvin Cook for the postseason. The rookie running back will mix in behind Cook against the Saints.

Kenny Stills (knee) has been removed from the injury report.

Stills was never expected to miss Saturday’s playoff game, and he should operate as Houston’s No. 2 wideout with Will Fuller (groin) listed as questionable and reportedly unlikely to play. Buffalo is very stout in pass coverage and typically doesn’t allow deep passes, but Stills could be a decent upside play in DFS lineups.

Will Fuller (groin) is officially listed as questionable for the Wild Card Round.

Fuller is a game-time decision, but he’s reportedly unlikely to play against the Bills. It would be a big boost for the Texans if the speedy received is able to go.

Nelson Agholor (knee) officially remains out of practice.

We’ll see what happens, but Agholor is likely to be ruled out tomorrow when the final Wild Card Round injury report is released.

The Eagles are likely just being cautious with Sanders, who is expected to play against the Seahawks on Sunday. The final injury report for the Wild Card Round will be released tomorrow.

Ertz is still awaiting clearance from the doctors, and there’s a chance the Eagles decide to rule him out tomorrow if they don’t feel comfortable putting him out there on Sunday.
