Join now >Deshaun Watson (back) is officially listed as questionable for Week 17.
The Texans have indicated that they are going to play their starters, but perhaps that will change if the Chiefs clinch the No. 3 seed in the early games on Sunday, especially with Watson now listed as questionable. Watson’s status probably won’t be known until an hour and a half before the Texans’ late-afternoon kickoff on Sunday.

Josh Jacobs (shoulder) is doubtful for Week 17.
Jacobs was reportedly going to have a tough time playing this Sunday, and he’ll likely be ruled out on gameday. DeAndre Washington and Jalen Richard are set to lead Oakland’s backfield against Denver.

Tyrell Williams (foot) will play in Week 17.
Williams is not 100% while still dealing with his foot issue, but he’ll be out there for the regular season finale against the Broncos. Williams had a great performance versus Denver to open the season, but he’s just a shaky FLEX option at less than full strength this week.

The Bengals promoted Trenton Irwin to the active roster.
Irwin was signed to the Bengals practice squad earlier this season, and it’s good to see he’s getting a chance to play on gameday to conclude the regular season. Irwin is not a recommended fantasy pickup at the moment.
12/27/19 - 02:28 PM ET
The Bengals promoted Jordan Franks to the active roster.
Franks will get an opportunity in the final game of the season for Cincinnati, but the second-year tight end is not a recommended fantasy option for Week 17.
12/27/19 - 02:26 PM ET
James Conner (quad) has been ruled out for Week 17.
This was expected after Conner left last week’s loss to the Jets and could not return. Conner’s regular season ends with 116 carries for 464 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns along with 34 receptions for 251 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns in ten games. The entire Pittsburgh offense struggled to put up numbers without Ben Roethlisberger on the field, but Conner performed well when he was available—injuries were the big issue for him this season and the point of frustration for fantasy owners that spent an early selection on him. Conner is probably on the doubtful side of things for the Wild Card Round if the Steelers get into the postseason.

Taylor Gabriel (concussion) has officially been ruled out for Week 17.
Gabriel played nine games caught 29 passes for 353 yards and four touchdowns this season for the Bears, but he unfortunately missed seven games with two separate concussions. We hope the veteran receiver can get over his latest concussion and feel better very soon. Gabriel remains under contract with Chicago for two more seasons.
