Join now >The Seahawks promoted Tyrone Swoopes to the active roster.
Swoopes is taking the roster spot of tight end Ed Dickson, who is headed back to injured reserve. Swoopes will help Seattle in real life, but the former Texas quarterback is not a recommended fantasy pickup at the moment.

The Seahawks placed Ed Dickson (knee) on injured reserve.
Just two days after being activated to the 53-man roster from injured reserve, Dickson’s knee is still giving him issues. The veteran tight end’s season is over before playing a snap. For the Seahawks, this is a tough blow to a position that’s dealt with multiple injuries. Dickson turns 33 this offseason.

Diontae Johnson will play in Week 12.
Johnson has cleared concussion protocol and is off the final injury report. With JuJu Smith-Schuster ruled out, the rookie receiver could see an increase in targets along with James Washington. Johnson had 77 yards and a touchdown versus the Bengals earlier this season.

James Conner (shoulder) officially did not practice today.
This is two consecutive missed practices for Conner after leaving last Thursday night’s game with a re-aggravation of his shoulder injury, so it’s looking unlikely that he plays this weekend against the Bengals. We’ll let you know how Conner is listed on the final Week 12 injury report when it’s released tomorrow.

JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion, knee) has been ruled out for Week 12.
Smith-Schuster wasn’t expected to play after getting injured last Thursday night, but at least fantasy owners have their answer ahead of Sunday to plan accordingly. Hopefully JuJu will be able to get back in the lineup next week for a rematch against the Browns, but being ruled out this early should make him questionable again. James Washington could be in for a big game as a low-end WR2/FLEX option this weekend.

Robert Woods has returned to the team and will practice today.
Head coach Sean McVay announced the news, but Woods—who missed Week 11 for personal reasons—is apparently not guaranteed to play on Monday night. However, getting a practice in should be a good sign for the veteran’s status, and fantasy owners hoping to play him this week should be able to optimistically pencil him into lineups. Ideally, Woods will not even be listed on the injury report come Saturday.

James Conner (shoulder) has officially been ruled out for Week 12.
Conner was expected to be out after re-aggravating his AC joint sprain in Week 11, and now it’s official. Jaylen Samuels is expected to lead the Steelers backfield agains the Bengals this Sunday, but Mike Tomlin did say that he’s excited to get rookie running back Benny Snell back in the mix.
