21. Brandon Aiyuk, SF
2020 statistics: 60 REC, 748 YDS, 5 TD | 6 ATT, 77 YDS, 2 TD
2021 projections: 76 REC, 958 YDS, 8 TD | 12 ATT, 126 YDS
All the San Francisco pass-catchers will be difficult to rank if Jimmy Garoppolo isn’t the clear starter by late summer, but assuming the team rolls with the veteran into the fall, Aiyuk and the passing attack will be options to target. It was interrupted by a couple of trips to the COVID-19 list, but Aiyuk was dominant in six games played from Week 7 through Week 15 last year—catching 45-of-69 targets for 568 yards and four touchdowns. Dante Pettis supporters know that it can be risky to bet on a limited sample size boosted by Kyle Shanahan carrying over to the next season, but Aiyuk passes the eye test, and Jimmy G at quarterback would create enough opportunities for him to be a fantasy force alongside George Kittle and Deebo Samuel.
