The first round NFL Draft is under three weeks away, and hundreds of prospects will be on new teams as they begin their professional careers. For those in dynasty leagues, some of these rookies will immediately become integral parts of fantasy rosters, and a number of leagues might be having start-up drafts before the real draft later this month. These pre-draft 2019 rookie dynasty rankings give an early look at upcoming quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends entering the league.
Please note these are projections for fantasy success, not real-life draft prospect rankings. It takes into account projecting where guys might land in the draft, i.e., a tight end going in the late first round to the Patriots is probably better positioned for success than someone at the same position going to the Bengals. There will be updated dynasty rookie rankings after the draft.

Justice Hill. Watch out for him depending on where he lands!
Depending on where he lands. That’s the whole deal.
I will be getting Metcalf in all my leagues.
If you are getting Metcalf in all your leagues…you must have terrible teams to draft that high…thus your opinion is worthless
He’s ranked WR1 here, but that’s funny if you really think Metcalf will go first every draft.
