NFL Week 11 Daily Fantasy Football Recommended Lineup Advice (DraftKings, FanDuel)

The Week 10 daily fantasy lineup included mostly all hits except for the Jets defense putting up negative points in a shocking blowout loss, but hopefully a D/ST doesn’t cost anyone this week. Week 11 daily fantasy recommendations do not include the Monday night game, as it’s obvious you should get players from that potential shootout in there—particularly Patrick Mahomes, Jared Goff, Kareem Hunt, and Todd Gurley.

QB: Lamar Jackson vs. CIN

DraftKings: $4,700 | FanDuel: $7,000

If Lamar Jackson doesn’t start, then obviously you’ll have to go in another direction, but whichever quarterback starts for Baltimore has an excellent matchup against the Bengals at home. Marvin Lewis taking control over the defense could lead to a quick turnaround, but that might be a lot to ask considering how bad they’ve been. At great price points, Jackson offers immense rushing upside as someone that’ll probably be the fastest man on the field if he makes his first-career start this Sunday.

RB: David Johnson vs. OAK

DraftKings: $7,500 | FanDuel: $7,900

David Johnson finally had the monster game everyone was hoping to see every week entering the season, and he could have a similar performance against a Raiders team that’s just as appetizing of a matchup as the Chiefs were last week. DJ again offers 30-40-point upside at a better price than some of the other workhorse running backs around the NFL. Expect at least another 20 or 25 points for Week 11.

RB: Tevin Coleman vs. DAL

DraftKings: $5,300 | FanDuel: $6,800

Dallas’ defense is better this season, but last year Coleman had 20 carries for 80 yards and a touchdown while working as the lead back after Devonta Freeman left early with a concussion against the Cowboys. Coleman needs just a couple of openings to make it a huge day for fantasy owners, and he’s a good bet for 3-5 receptions versus a defense that might get pressure on Matt Ryan and force him to get rid of the ball quickly.

WR: Alshon Jeffery @ NO

DraftKings: $6,300 | FanDuel: $7,300

Alshon Jeffery has lines of 4/35 and 4/48 in the last two weeks, but they’ve come in his two most difficult matchups of the season. Marshon Lattimore could present some problems if he shadows Jeffery throughout the afternoon, but Carson Wentz has a lot of confidence in his big receiver to make plays. Jeffery should be a lock for several targets, and he’ll look to get back in the end zone after a mini cold streak.

WR: John Brown vs. CIN

DraftKings: $5,900 | FanDuel: $5,400

You’ll probably feel better about John Brown if Joe Flacco or Robert Griffin III is starting at quarterback for the Ravens, but it’s not like Lamar Jackson can’t throw the ball down the field. Again, the Bengals have been very poor defensively this season, and Brown hit them with a 4/92/1 game back in Week 2. Brown disappointed in his second matchup against the Steelers after roasting them the first time, but hopefully that won’t happen twice.

WR: Amari Cooper @ ATL

DraftKings: $5,400 | FanDuel: $6,600

Amari Cooper has solid point totals of 16.8 and 13.5 in his two games with the Cowboys, as he’s quickly gone from an inconsistent option in Oakland to a consistent option with his new team. Though it has been a short sample size, the combination of Dak Prescott and Cooper just appears to be something that’s immediately clicked. The offense is rolling after a big win on the road last Sunday night, and Cooper offers a nice combination of floor and upside this weekend.

TE: Zach Ertz (@ NO)

DraftKings: $6,600 | FanDuel: $7,600

The Saints are probably going to score points at home against a defense that’s already struggled against the pass before injuries to the secondary, so it could be a similar situation to last week for the Eagles, as they might be in pass mode to keep up with Drew Brees. That could mean another double-digit reception day for Zach Ertz, who already has a mind-blowing 75 catches through nine games.

FLEX: Tarik Cohen vs. MIN (DraftKings) | Joe Mixon @ BAL (FanDuel)

Cohen: $5,200 | Mixon: $7,300

The Vikings shut down then-rookie Tarik Cohen in both games last season, but the Bears are a much better offense in 2018, and the dynamic running back is set to be heavily involved in a big NFC North matchup. Cohen should offer a decent floor with his receiving output, and he offers some upside in a spot a lot of people are probably shying away from him. For FanDuel, you can spend on someone like Joe Mixon, who should be closer to 20 touches after he had just 13 despite a fast start last week.

D/ST: Cardinals vs. OAK

DraftKings: $3,100 | FanDuel: $4,000

With games expected to be close or high-scoring in Week 11, this is one of the toughest weeks for fantasy defenses. Aside from their Thursday night showing last month, the Cardinals have been solid defensively, and the Raiders are decimated offensively. Arizona should be one of the top D/STs of the week.
