Over half the teams in fantasy football leagues are now eliminated from the playoffs, but many people still enjoy building daily fantasy lineups each week. Week 14 daily fantasy recommendations include a couple of Falcons.

QB: Matt Ryan @ GB
DraftKings: $5,600 | FanDuel: $8,200
After starting his career against the Packers with three straight games under 200 passing yards, Matt Ryan has carved up Green Bay for 1,121 yards and ten touchdowns in his last four games against them (including a 375-yard, four-touchdown performance at Lambeau Field in 2014). Things have not gone well for the Falcons this season, but there’s too much talent to be held under 20 points for five consecutive games. Look for Matty Ice to get back on track after two of his worst three 2018 fantasy outings in the last two weeks.
RB: Christian McCaffrey @ CLE
DraftKings: $9,300 | FanDuel: $9,100
The Browns have not been good against opposing running backs this season, and Christian McCaffrey has been among the best at the position—particularly of late. Over the last five games, McCaffrey has four outings of over 31 fantasy points. Greg Olsen (foot) is now out of the lineup, which could mean a few more targets for McCaffrey. Basically, with the Panthers’ season on the line, expect them to feed their best offensive player both on the ground and through the air on Sunday.
RB: Tevin Coleman @ GB
DraftKings: $4,400 | FanDuel: $6,100
Inserting two Falcons players into your daily fantasy might be risky, but it could have huge payoffs if this game turns into a shootout. Before last week, Coleman had at least three receptions in four straight games, and it’s unlikely he has two straight subpar games after his season-worst outing last week. The former Hoosier is simply a very good running back, and Atlanta needs to get its offense going somehow—that could start with giving him the ball in space. Coleman could be a big part of an offensive breakthrough in Week 14.
WR: Keenan Allen vs. CIN
DraftKings: $7,400 | FanDuel: $7,900
Keenan Allen had a very good November, but it looks like December could be the month where he explodes for multiple monster games this season. Allen is coming off a 14/148/1 line against a solid Steelers defense last week, and now he gets a matchup with arguably the league’s worst defense. The only concern is the Chargers get up to an early lead and don’t need to pass much, but “Slayer” is as good a bet as anyone to hit double-digit receptions with a score.
WR: T.Y. Hilton @ HOU
DraftKings: $6,300 | FanDuel: $7,600
T.Y. Hilton had 115 yards on just four receptions against the Texans earlier this season, and he’s made a ton of big plays against the AFC South rival throughout his career. Outside the top nine WRs in both DraftKings and FanDuel, Hilton offers as much upside as anyone at the position in Week 14. Stacking him with Andrew Luck is something to look into.
WR: Chris Godwin vs. NO
DraftKings: $4,900 | FanDuel: $5,600
DeSean Jackson looks like he’s going to miss another game with his thumb injury, which is good news for the fantasy outlook of Chris Godwin. The second-year receiver is coming off a 101-yard, one-touchdown game last week, so he’ll have the trust of Jameis Winston in a nice matchup against up-and-down Saints cornerback Eli Apple. Apple wasn’t in the lineup, but Godwin had a 7/111/1 line against the Saints at home last season, and he scored against them back in Week 1 this season. He’s a great value in Week 14 daily fantasy lineups.
TE: Rob Gronkowski @ MIA
DraftKings: $4,800 | FanDuel: $6,200
Last week didn’t work out for Rob Gronkowski, but he’ll look to get back on track this weekend against a Dolphins team that’s given up multiple touchdowns to tight ends three times in 2018. The usual suspects from this season (like Travis Kelce and Zach Ertz) are obviously good plays, but you can save some salary by going with Gronk.
FLEX: Justin Jackson vs. CIN
DraftKings: $3,800 | FanDuel: $4,500
Despite a breakout performance last Sunday night while Austin Ekeler struggled in Pittsburgh, Justin Jackson is about half the price of Ekeler in Week 14 daily fantasy lineups. The Chargers have said Ekeler will remain the starter with Melvin Gordon (knee) likely out again, but Jackson should get a nice workload to help keep his teammate fresh. And in the event of the Chargers putting the Bengals away early, Jackson could get many late-game opportunities to run out the clock against a poor run defense.
D/ST: Bills vs. NYJ
DraftKings: $3,200 | FanDuel: $4,200
The Bills have been a consistent D/ST option the past few weeks, and they get one of the best matchups possible with a home matchup against rookie quarterback Sam Darnold, who is returning after missing the last three games with a foot injury and could be rusty. Buffalo should offer both a strong floor and 20-point upside this week.
