Join now >The Cardinals are re-signing Colt McCoy, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
McCoy is back on a two-year, $7.5-million deal, and now we’ll see if Arizona is able to lock up Kyler Murray with a long-term deal—though it’s technically not something that needs to be addressed this offseason. The Texas product should remain one of the top backup quarterbacks in the league.

The Colts are re-signing Mo Alie-Cox to a three-year deal.
Alie-Cox will reportedly get $18 million, which could be somewhat of a hometown discount to stay with Indy. The athletic tight end will pair with second-year player Kylen Granson with Jack Doyle now retired, and Alie-Cox’s touchdown and big-play upside should make him the preferred option for 2022. Depending on who plays quarterback for the Colts, Alie-Cox definitely has upside TE2 potential in his age-28/29 campaign.
The Seahawks are re-signing Will Dissly, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Dissly is getting a three-year, $24-million deal, so it’s another significant commitment in a tight end this offseason after acquiring former first-round pick Noah Fant in the Russell Wilson trade. The former fourth-round pick has been a key part of the offense for his blocking, and he has also proven to be a quality scoring threat (particularly early in his career). Unless they end up making a move for Deshaun Watson, we’d expect Seattle will be a very run-heavy offense that uses a lot of 12 personnel this season.

The Saints are tendering Deonte Harty at the second-round level, according to Tom Pelissero.
This is receiver/returner formerly known as Deonte “Harris” to clear up any confusion, and this likely means he will be back in New Orleans for 2022. Harty caught 36 passes for 570 yards (15.8 average) and three touchdowns last season, though he’ll probably be a better real-life player than fantasy option with the expected return of Michael Thomas and other possible moves at wide receiver.

The Jaguars are signing Christian Kirk.
Jacksonville has been by far the most aggressive team in getting agreements with players during the early part of free agency, and Kirk is a big addition at receiver for Trevor Lawrence and company. This all but officially means that free-agent receiver D.J. Chark will not be returning to the Jags. Kirk is coming off the best year of his four seasons with the Cardinals, and the former second-round pick is a versatile receiver that can play any position. It wouldn’t be a surprise if the Texas A&M product becomes a trusted and key target of Lawrence this season and beyond.
