Damien Harris (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable for Week 16.
Harris was limited in practice all week, but it seems like he’ll be good to go for Sunday against the Bills. With Rhamondre Stevenson (illness) ruled out, Harris could be set for a heavy workload if active for Week 16.

Rhamondre Stevenson has been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Stevenson has missed practice all week with an illness, and now he’s being placed on the COVID list. Hopefully Stevenson is feeling OK and can rejoin his teammates soon, but he’s out for Sunday’s Week 16 matchup versus the Bills.

Nelson Agholor (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 16.
Agholor is in the concussion protocol after last Saturday night’s hit to the head, and unfortunately he’s being ruled out already for Sunday’s matchup against the Bills. Hopefully the dynamic receiver is feeling better soon. Keep in mind that the Patriots will now be missing their best field stretcher in Agholor in the key matchup.

Jarvis Landry has been activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Both he and quarterback Baker Mayfield will be back, so the offense is much closer to full strength for an important game against the Packers on Christmas. Landry should be viewed as a quality FLEX option against a defense that has shown more holes over the past few weeks.

Baker Mayfield has been activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Case Keenum has also been removed from the list at quarterback. Activation probably took longer than the team would have hoped, but they’ll now have Mayfield back under center tomorrow versus Green Bay. We would expect Cleveland to have a very run-heavy game plan centered around Nick Chubb.
