2019 College Football Preseason AP Top 25 Poll: Clemson No. 1 For First Time


College football returns on Saturday, and the preseason AP Top 25 poll was just released, with the defending champion Clemson Tigers coming in at No. 1 for the first time in program history.

9. Notre Dame Fighting Irish

Clemson, returning notable top players like quarterback Trevor Lawrence and running back Travis Etienne, was also No. 1 in the Coaches Poll, which was released earlier this month.

The 2019 college football season kicks off with the Miami Hurricanes and the No. 8 Florida Gators this Saturday at 7:00 PM ET.
