Lasting in your NFL survivor pool past Thanksgiving is no easy task. With bye weeks over, there are several solid Week 13 locks that will hopefully help you advance to the final quarter of the regular season.

1. Green Bay Packers (vs. Arizona)
There may or may not be snow, but it’s going to be cold at Lambeau Field either way for Packers versus Cardinals. Green Bay really must win this game to keep their playoff hopes alive, and they are two-touchdown favorites at home. Facing a rookie quarterback from warm and sunny California, the Packers are by far the best survivor pool pick for Week 13.
2. Seattle Seahawks (vs. San Francisco)
Seattle picked up two hard-fought wins in a row after dropping two straight in tight games against the two LA teams, and now they’re in position for a wild-card spot in the NFC. It’s unlikely they let that slip with a home matchup against the Niners this Sunday. The Seahawks have won the last eight games in the series, and while it’ll change at some point, you should feel good about them as a lock this week.
3. Los Angeles Rams (@ Detroit)
The Lions have played up to their competition at times this season, so they could make this tough. But the Rams are coming off the bye and should be energized and prepared as they travel to Detroit. It’s also worth using the Rams as a lock in Week 13 because the next two weeks (@ Chicago and vs. Philadelphia) should be more of a challenge. The final two weeks of the season (@ Arizona and vs. San Francisco) might make it worth saving Sean McVay’s team if you still haven’t used them yet.
4. Kansas City Chiefs (@ Oakland)
The biggest favorites of the week should be able to take care of business, but Jon Gruden might have some tricks up his sleeve for his old friend Andy Reid. Also, Derek Carr had one of the best games of his career last season against the Chiefs in Oakland, so he might be confident and ready to make it closer than anticipated this Sunday. It’s just hard to picture the Raiders containing Patrick Mahomes and company for long.
5. Tennessee Titans (vs. Jets)
After two straight duds, the Titans don’t look like a great survivor pick no matter who they face. Still, you’d expect them to bounce back at some point given the talent on the roster, and this week at home against the Jets should be a good spot. A potential defensive battle could make this shaky, but now might be the week to use Tennessee.
6. Carolina Panthers (@ Tampa Bay)
Similarly, it’s hard to envision the Panthers not getting over three straight losses and picking up a win against Jameis Winston (who they’ve had a lot of success against) and the Bucs. Carolina is a great survivor pick in a deep week, and there probably isn’t a better time to use them, as they still have to face the Saints twice in the final four games.
7. Denver Broncos (@ Cincinnati)
They aren’t blowing people away or picking up a bunch of wins, but the Broncos have been playing about as solid as any team in the NFL the past several weeks. At home against a quarterback making his first career start, they are a good lock. Just keep in mind they have an even better matchup next week against the Niners, so it might be wise to save them.
8. Philadelphia Eagles (vs. Washington)
Playing at home against a backup quarterback makes the Eagles an OK lock for Week 13. They got back on track with a win last week, though it was against the Giants, so it would be a mistake to fully trust them. Last season was different, but Philadelphia took both games over Washington by double digits.
Yeah Packers will win easily haha.
