Strengths

Prototypical frame with long arms. Great natural power. Hands are big and strong. Very good feet for his size. Moves people in the running game. Can work to the second level and stay in front of linebackers. Hands are in position and ready to strike as a pass-protector. Uses length and quick feet to keep speed rushers away. Has the strength to hold up against bull rushers. Has played both tackle spots. High character. Knows where he needs to improve.

Weaknesses

Overall technique needs to be cleaned up. Base is inconsistent. Plays too high and stiff. Didn’t dominate competition like he should have at his size. Lack of football experience is apparent.

NFL Comparisons

Tyron Smith – Donovan Smith – Anthony Davis

Conclusion

Okorafor is a raw tackle prospect, but he has the size and traits to be a franchise blindside protector if his potential is unlocked with good coaching. I would be comfortable drafting him early on Day 2.
