Strengths

Big-time threat with the ball in his hands. Extremely physical after the catch. Great balance as a runner. Very productive in the short-passing game. Has the speed to separate from defenders. Can play inside or outside. Unafraid to make receptions with defenders bearing down on him. Snatches the ball when it’s thrown away from his body. Excellent reaction time and instincts. Quick release to get inside or outside position against press coverage. Top-notch competitor. High character.

Weaknesses

Needs to run crisper intermediate routes. Didn’t get deep like he should have with his skillset. Hands are inconsistent as he moves further away from the quarterback. Not great at tracking the ball and timing his jump.

NFL Comparisons

Golden Tate – Stefon Diggs – Jeremy Maclin

Conclusion

Moore might not have the natural receiving ability that other prospects in this year’s draft class do, but he is very dangerous with the ball in his hands and has the competiveness and skillset to improve. At worst, he should be a productive slot receiver at the next level.
