Strengths

Great overall size and power. Old-school mentality to finish blocks. Very strong hands. Thick arms and legs. Good overall mobility. Quick working to the second level at his size. Accelerates in space as a puller. Keeps his pad level low. Will turn and seal defenders in the running game. Knows how to leverage defenders against themselves. Very effective on double teams. Excellent awareness in pass protection. Keeps a solid base in pass sets. Strong anchor against power rushers. Doesn’t tip his hand on screen passes. Able to reach multiple defenders on one play. Makes all the blocks you want in a power-running scheme. High character and leadership qualities. Plenty of experience versus top competition.

Weaknesses

Should be more dominant engaging and driving. Ends up on the ground too much as a run blocker. Concerns about overall balance. Can get jarred/stunned by length. Too often unsuccessful on second-level cut blocks.

Conclusion

Overall, Biadasz is a strong anchor with very good mobility for his size, and the intangibles (awareness, leadership, toughness) should make him a long-term starter at the next level. Teams with a power-running game should look to Biadasz as an early target on Day 2.
