Strengths
Possesses extreme raw power. Mean and competitive. Simply bullies guys. Very strong hands with accurate placement. Pancake specialist. Will bulldoze someone and then do it again without hesitation. Always looking for someone to hit. Tone-setter for the offensive line. Great field vision and awareness. Plays with good patience in pass protection. Scans the field. Can stone defensive linemen as a pass blocker (Ed Oliver twice in 2017). Overall build is solid and compact to get and maintain leverage. Good acceleration as a puller. Quick reaction time. Plus overall athleticism. Played very well versus top competition. Has starting experience at left tackle.
Weaknesses
Lacks desired length. Misses too many blocks when not in close quarters. Hips look a little stiff when on the move. Natural mirror skills are average. Aggressiveness in hands could lead to more holding calls at the next level. Has played just five games over the past two years due to back-to-back season-ending injuries.

Conclusion
Overall, Muti is simply a bully on the interior, and his play against bigger schools should bode well for his NFL transition. The injury history certainly makes him a significant risk, but I’d personally take the gamble at the end of Day 2 because what Muti’s play style could bring to a team.
I’d rather a balanced or quick guy.
