Strengths
Extremely athletic. Ideal height and balanced overall frame. Possess natural upper body power. Very quick out of his stance in pass sets. Smooth and poised with his feet. Shows exceptional patience in pass protection. Has a square base for both his feet and shoulders. Hands are always well-positioned to strike. Comfortably guides speed rushes past the quarterback. Does a quality job anchoring down against power. Gets the most out of his length with good timing. Never seems to overextend. Plus initial pop as a run blocker. Has power in his hands to stay engaged or redirect with a glancing blow. Quick working from block to block. Great acceleration on second-level reach blocks. Effective on cut blocks. Seeks work and will bury guys when he can. Three-year starter on the blindside.
Weaknesses
Natural mirror skills are average for his skillset. Too easily jarred and beaten inside. Could add more lower body strength to increase effectiveness as a driver.

Conclusion
Overall, Cleveland is an athletically-gifted tackle that plays with exceptional balance and rare patience as a pass blocker, but he could add more strength to build on his game. I think he will be best utilized in a zone-blocking scheme for teams targeting him in the second-round.
Browns need to draft Cleveland lol
1st round could happen.
Eric Fisher so Chiefs
