Strengths
Top-tier speed on the edge. Great length with a prototype overall build. Combines elite speed and above-average power. Plays with ideal physicality. Active hands and feet to get off blocks. Good power in his hands to jolt blockers. Very aware and reliable against the run. Rangy tackler. Impressive pursuit with noticeable focus on the target. Phenomenal chase-down speed. Quick to shed the block and make a play. Does a great job playing with controlled speed. Captures the edge on speed rushes. Uses rip move and swipe move. Can cover ground with a jump to beat pass sets. Has shown the ability to engage and generate a push with the bull rush. Flashed a spin move to get off blocks and should be able to incorporate it as a pass rusher. Disruptive crashing down on stunts. Will try to get up for deflections when he doesn’t get home. Experience in four-point stance with intriguing potential in wide-nine technique. Zero sacks in 2020 but still generated quality pressure.
Weaknesses
Lacks overall polish as a pass rusher. Average twitchiness considering his speed. Plays a bit high in general. Looked too stiff with too narrow of a base as a stand-up edge rusher.

Conclusion
Overall, Oweh brings plenty of untapped potential off the edge with an outstanding blend of speed, size, and strength for the position. Similar to his role at Penn State, the best fit for Oweh at the next level will be as a 4-3 defensive end.
Bucs should add him.
They’re already deep
That would be funny.
High effort is good.
