Strengths
Elite speed and explosiveness. Extremely quick and elusive. Top-end acceleration and stop-start ability. Deadly as an underneath weapon (bubble screens, pop passes, etc.). Electrifying with the ball in his hands. Strong with great contact balance. Tremendous feel/vision as a runner. Slippery and deceptive in the open field. Quick juke move. Catches the ball smoothly. Tough with excellent focus in traffic. Plays with physicality. Knows how to find holes in zone coverage. Lightning-fast release. Difficult for cornerbacks to keep him in front of them. Gets defensive backs on the heels to win inside on slants. Tracks downfield passes well. Mostly played the slot but lined up all over. Upside as a route runner. Absolutely destroyed loaded Ohio State defense as a true freshman in 2018 victory. Humble and hard-working. Noticeably hands the ball to the official after scoring. Potential game-breaking returner. “Football junkie” that once called former quarterback David Blough at 1 AM to ask about a play (via team’s official website).
Weaknesses
Small target with a limited catch radius. Has some focus drops and mistakes as a punt returner. Limited route tree in 2020.

Conclusion
Overall, Moore is an explosive wide receiver that will bring big-play upside to an NFL offense and has very little “bust” potential based on his combination of athleticism and love for the game. He was mostly targeted underneath in 2020, but Moore can make plays at all three levels.
