Strengths
Prototype size for new-age linebacker with ideal length. All-around playmaker. Above-average athleticism. Very good speed. Excellent closing burst. Extremely efficient tackler when he gets his hands on someone (including low). Wrangles ball-carriers down. Very quick to the ball when given a clear path to it. Phenomenal ball skills. Smooth movement skills in coverage. Great acceleration to break on the ball and jump a route. Good ability to take away tight ends down the seam in zone coverage. Has the skillset to be an excellent quarterback spy. Very effective as a blitzer. Aggressive fighting through blocks when going downhill. Quick to get up and disrupt a passing lane. Has seen snaps as a straight-up edge defender in passing situations. Has flashed an impressive spin move. Played wide receiver, safety, and punter in high school.
Weaknesses
Runs fits are very inconsistent. Average play recognition versus the run. Can be slow knowing where the ball is in general. Taken away too easily by second-level blocks. Will allow cutback lanes. Sideline-to-sideline pursuit can be improved. Seems to freestyle in zone coverage at times. Lacks pass-rush moves when linemen latch on.

Conclusion
Overall, Lloyd is an all-around, playmaking linebacker that efficiently brings down ball-carriers and can take the ball away in coverage. He needs to improve some issues against the run that might keep him on the field, but Lloyd can be an impact player in the right situation.
I could see some Darius Leonard in him
