Strengths
Above-average size. Tremendous patience to set up blockers. Surveys the look and picks his spot. Natural feel for the position and can string moves together. Great vision. Plus acceleration to reach the perimeter. Sees a crease and hits it decisively. Excellent shuffle cuts to make a guy miss or slide into an open gap. Stays low behind the line of scrimmage before breaking through to the second level. Physical runner that will lower his shoulder into contact. Gets forward to maximize yardage. Strong with plus contact balance. Will easily shed arm tackles. Impressive ability to make incoming defenders miss in space. Evades defenders that break through behind the line of scrimmage. Very good ability to recognize holes on the backside. Exceptional vision in the open field. Always seems to take the optimal path weaving in space. Tremendous spin move. Very soft hands out of the backfield. Experience as a wildcat quarterback. Good in pass protection. Extremely productive with 56 total touchdowns in three seasons.
Weaknesses
Average twitchiness. Needs to clean up ball security with a couple of costly fumbles in 2021.

Conclusion
Overall, Hall is a three-down runner that has great patience, vision, and physicality in addition to soft hands out of the backfield. He should be a between-the-tackles grinder that will pop off a chunk gain when a lane opens up.
Bucs should just take him
I’ve seen very different comps lol I’ll go with yours though
3 down is good.
This kid is a beast! He has the “It” factor! Should definitely get snatched up early!
