Ryan was 15-16 in his career with the Bills, and this could be his last job as a head coach. Both Ryan brothers should draw interest as defensive assistants or coordinators for other teams.
The Bills have named offensive coordinator Anthony Lynn as the interim head coach for Week 17 against the Jets. Lynn has done a great job since taking over as the Bills' offensive coordinator in Week 3, and he will likely be one of the main candidates to be the head coach in 2017.
