ArDarius Stewart | Free Agent WR

The Raiders signed ArDarius Stewart to the practice squad.

The Alabama product was just drafted in the third round by the Jets in 2017, and he'll look to work his way into a spot on the 53-man roster with the Raiders. He doesn't need to be owned in dynasty leagues right now.

ArDarius Stewart is facing two-game suspension, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Rapoport says Stewart violated the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing drugs after testing positive for a diuretic. The suspension is not official, probably because the appeals process has not yet concluded. If Stewart is indeed suspended two games, it comes at a bad time as he looked to carve out a role in the Jets receiver group in his second NFL season.

ArDarius Stewart catches one pass in Jets' loss.

Stewart caught a 46-yard deep ball late in the Week 17 game against the Patriots. The rookie's regular season ends with six receptions for 82 yards along with seven carries for 27 yards, and he could have a bigger role and become a breakout candidate in 2018.

ArDarius Stewart gets three carries in Week 13.

Stewart didn't have any reception against Kansas City, but the rookie receiver gained five yards on his three rushing attempts. His role isn't big enough to be a reliable fantasy option yet.

ArDarius Stewart catches 24-yard pass in Week 3 win.

It was the rookie's only reception of the game, but he made it count. Stewart is more of a dynasty league option for now, but he could make a bigger impact later this season.

ArDarius Stewart catches two passes in first games.

The Jets rookie receiver from Alabama had two receptions for ten yards versus the Bills. He drew five targets, which is a good sign, but Stewart isn't a great fantasy option yet.

ArDarius Stewart grabs two touchdowns in Jets' third preseason game.

The rookie from Alabama has five receptions for 82 yards and two touchdowns, both coming from Bryce Petty in the second half of the game. The first TD was on a go route, and the second one was when Stewart was wide open in the end zone after Petty scrambled and found him. He didn't work as a starter, but Stewart could get there very soon. He's worth a selection in the late rounds of fantasy drafts, and is clearly worth a roster spot in dynasty leagues.

ArDarius Stewart makes preseason NFL debut.

Stewart caught two passes for 23 yards against the Lions on Saturday night. The former Alabama receiver is an explosive athlete and good with the ball in his hands, but he needs to polish his skills some. Fortunately, the Jets aren't going anywhere in 2017, and he should get a chance to learn on the fly. While he's well off the fantasy draft radar, Stewart could make an impact as a rookie.

Jets receiver ArDarius Stewart catches one-of-two targets in Week 1 of the preseason.

The third-round pick out of Alabama had one reception for eight yards and is looking to be a big factor in New York's offense during his rookie season. Both Stewart and fellow rookie Chris Hansen could end up playing a lot in their first NFL season.

Jets rookie receiver ArDarius Stewart had both groin and thumb surgery.

Stewart was already ruled out for minicamp because of the groin injury, but head coach Todd Bowles just announced he had surgery for that and his thumb. The rookie receiver is expected to be good for training camp. He has the opportunity to carve out a large role in the offense. While Stewart is falling behind with this missed time, so is fellow rookie receiver Chad Hansen, who is also out until training camp with a sore knee.

Rookie receiver ArDarius Stewart will not participate in Jets minicamp.

The third rounder has a groin injury, and they're probably just taking it slow to avoid the injury getting more serious. Stewart should be 100% for training camp.

The Jets select Alabama receiver ArDarius Stewart with the 79th pick of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Stewart is a very physical receiver that almost runs like a running back with the ball in his hands. He caught 54 passes for 864 yards and eight touchdowns in his final season at Bama. The Jets are not very deep at receiver, and Stewart will have a chance to carve out a big role as a rookie.
