WOLF SPORTS PROJECTION

Bo Scarbrough | Free Agent RB

The Seahawks have placed Bo Scarbrough (leg) on injured reserve.

Scarbrough will miss at least the next three games, but he's unlikely to have a role upon returning if Chris Carson (foot) and Carlos Hyde stay healthy. The former Alabama standout is just a stash in very deep dynasty leagues.

Bo Scarbrough (leg) has been activated from IR.

Scarbrough being up on game day would add yet another factor into the Detroit backfield, but fantasy owners should consider D’Andre Swift and Adrian Peterson RB2/FLEX options regardless.

The Lions are placing Bo Scarbrough on injured reserve.

Scarbrough will be out for at least the first three weeks of the season, but he can be activated after that thanks to the new COVID-19 rules allowing for players to return off IR after three weeks. Scarbrough is off the redraft radar with Adrian Peterson now in Detroit.

Bo Scarbrough (ribs) is officially inactive for Week 15.

Scarbrough missed practice at the end of the week, and he's not ready to play against the Buccaneers. The Lions will go with a committee backfield today, and J.D. McKissic is probably the top play from the group against a tough Bucs defense.

The Lions signed Bo Scarbrough to the active roster.

The team cut Paul Perkins to create roster space for Scarbrough. This is an interesting addition for the Lions, and perhaps the former Alabama running back will get a good number of carries against the Cowboys team that drafted him. Still, Scarbrough is a risky Week 11 fantasy option.

The Lions signed Bo Scarbrough to the practice squad.

Detroit is thin at running back, so Scarbrough is someone to keep an eye on in case he gets promoted to the active roster later this season. He's not a recommended fantasy pickup yet, though.

The Seahawks signed Bo Scarbrough.

This could indicate Rashaad Penny's knee injury could keep him out longer than the one game he just missed, but perhaps Seattle just wanted to bring Scarbrough on board. The former Alabama running back is not a recommended fantasy pickup.

The Cowboys have cut running back Bo Scarbrough, according to multiple reports.

Dallas took a chance on the Alabama product in the seventh round of April’s draft, but he didn’t show enough to stick around. Some have compared Scarbrough to Derrick Henry, but we haven’t seen that. He will hope to get looks elsewhere as depth, but Scarbrough might also sign with the Cowboys practice squad.

Bo Scarbrough (hip) is questionable to return to tonight's preseason game.

The seventh-round rookie went to the locker room, so it'd be a surprise if he returns tonight. Before leaving, Scarbrough had four carries for -4 yards and one reception for nine yards.

The Cowboys have selected Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough with the 236th pick (seventh round) of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Scarbrough is a fast, powerful runner with great size, but he didn't turn into the player many expected when he arrived at Alabama, and that could be due to a lack of vision and patience. Fortunately for him, he will have plenty of holes to run through with the Cowboys offense line leading the way, and Scarbrough has a chance to earn the backup job to Ezekiel Elliott as soon as this season. That said, he will be nothing more than a late-round handcuff that probably won't see the field much with Zeke healthy. And contrary to what some believe, he (meaning Scarbrough) is not close to the runner Derrick Henry is.
