WOLF SPORTS PROJECTION

Percy Harvin | Retired WR

Percy Harvin is coming out of retirement, according to ESPN's Josina Anderson.

Harvin tells Anderson, "I’m ready to return to the NFL. I thought I was done, but that itch came back. I’ve been training with a former Olympian. My body is feeling good. Mentally I’m better. My family is good. The timing is right." Harvin is still just 31 years old (will turn 32 next month), but he hasn't played in the NFL since 2016, so this is an interesting comeback attempt. It's no lock that Harvin is able to find the right opportunity, but he's an explosive athlete that could intrigue teams looking for an addition on offense and special teams.

Percy Harvin | Retired WR

Percy Harvin is retiring from the NFL.

Harvin previously retired but came back to play for the Bills in November. Ultimately, Harvin reportedly suffered from migraines again. It's hard to imagine the frustration of having issues with migraines into his late 20's. Harvin ends his career with 353 receptions for 4,026 yards and 22 touchdowns receiving, along with 146 carries for 927 yards and five touchdowns on the ground. Harvin also had five kick return touchdowns. In his prime, he was among the most explosive players in the NFL. Good luck to Harvin in his post-playing career.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, has suffered migraines and is not expected to play against the Jaguars.

Unfortunately, Harvin has always suffered with migraines throughout his career. It's hard to imagine how frustrating it must be for Harvin. We are hoping he feels better soon.

Percy Harvin | Retired WR

Percy Harvin sees three touches in Bills’ victory.

Harvin caught two passes for six yards and rushed once for 11 yards. Despite not doing much in a weak receiving core since coming out of retirement, Harvin could suddenly have fantasy value with Robert Woods (knee) going down and Sammy Watkins (foot) not yet practicing. If Woods and Watkins don’t play in Week 12, Harvin would be a decent FLEX option, as the Bills need to do all they can to move the ball offensively.
