The Cowboys have declined Terrance Williams' option, according to ESPN.
This was fully expected after Williams fell out of favor in Dallas, and he will now be an unrestricted free agent next month. The veteran will turn 30 on the first Sunday of the 2019 NFL Season, but he should get a chance to carve out a role as a deep threat somewhere. Williams averaged 14.6 yards per reception in six years with the Cowboys, but his production fell off when Dak Prescott took over for Tony Romo in 2016.
Terrance Williams has been suspended three games, according to ESPN's Field Yates.
A suspension had been looming for Williams, but three games is not as long as it sounded like it might have been. Williams has seemingly fallen out of favor with the Cowboys and is on injured reserve, so he's not on the fantasy radar right now anyway.
The Cowboys placed Terrance Williams on injured reserve.
It's a curious situation with Williams, who apparently has an NFL suspension looming and has missed the last several practices for personal reasons. Williams is also coming off offseason foot surgery and might not be quite fully healthy, which is probably why they've just decided to place him on IR. Williams had two receptions for 18 yards in two games this season. There's a chance the Cowboys release him with an injury settlement, but Williams' season is probably over.
Terrance Williams is inactive for Week 4.
Williams didn't practice this week and it was called "Not Injury Related", so it's unclear what's going on with him. He's facing a suspension from the NFL, so the Cowboys could be moving forward with other guys with Williams potentially set to miss time in the future. Williams was off the fantasy radar.
Terrance Williams catches one pass in win over the Giants.
It went for 12 yards. Williams will look to get behind Seattle's banged-up secondary next Sunday, but he isn't a recommended fantasy option.
Terrance Williams catches one pass in Week 1 loss to the Panthers.
It went for six yards. Williams isn't a recommended fantasy option for next week's matchup with the Giants on Sunday Night Football.
Terrance Williams is expected to be limited early in training camp.
The good news is Williams avoided the PUP list, but he's not a full participant after he had offseason foot surgery. Dallas has a crowded group of receivers with everyone looking to emerge into a big role, so hopefully Williams is fully participating soon. Allen Hurns and Cole Beasley were the top two receivers to start Cowboys camp.
Terrance Williams denies hitting a light pole with his Lamborghini.
Williams' attorney Chip Lewis and Williams each released a statement which can be read in the link below. Part of Lewis' statement reads: "Contrary to media reports, Terrance did not hit a light pole and there was no light pole even near the vehicle. Secondly, his arrest was wholly unrelated to the traffic accident." Williams asserts that someone in front of him slammed his breaks, which caused Williams to hop the curb to avoid hitting the other driver and then his car "wouldn't drive." Williams says his neighbor then picked him up to take him home, and he then rode a scooter back to the scene of the accident but was arrested by a police officer that he knows. So basically, Williams is claiming his arrest had nothing to do with being drunk or crashing his Lambo into a light pole, thought he did apologize "if I should have handled it a little bit differently." This situation is a bit of a head-scratcher, as the police reportedly said Williams crashed his car into a light pole. The investigation might tell more about, but either way Williams likely won't be suspended for this incident.
Terrance Williams was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor public intoxication, according to NFL.com.
Police say Williams was arrested after they found a Lamborghini registered to him crashed into a light pole early this morning, but no drive was at the scene. Williams was later found near his residence on an electric bicycle and was arrested for allegedly being intoxicated. The incident is being investigated, and there's a chance Williams faces more charges. He could potentially be in trouble with the NFL, but any punishment with the league probably wouldn't be more than a fine.
Terrance Williams is recovering from a broken foot that required surgery, according to ESPN's Todd Archer.
Cowboys executive Stephen Jones says Williams may miss some time this offseason, but the team didn't elaborate beyond that on the extent of the injury. However, a broken foot would indicate Williams is going to miss at least some offseason team training. This injury, along with the addition of former Jaguars receiver Allen Hurns, isn't a great start to the offseason for Williams. The foot injury could cause him to fall behind if it lingers, and there's a chance he isn't any better than number three on the depth chart for 2018. Dallas' wide receiver situation will be one to watch throughout the spring and summer.
Terrance Williams gets three touches in Week 17.
Williams had two receptions for five yards and one carry for nine yards. This season, Williams had 53 receptions for 568 yards and no touchdowns. As of now, he's not looking like an option in 2018 fantasy drafts, despite his real-life contributions to his team.

Williams gained 21 yards on his two receptions, as the Cowboys had only 11 completions in the game. While he does what the Cowboys ask of him in real life, Williams' role isn't big enough to be a reliable fantasy option.
Terrance Williams leads Cowboys in Week 12 receiving.
Williams was targeted five times against the Cowboys, gaining 54 yards (with a long of 38 yards) while also adding a six-yard carry. He has four receptions in each of the last two games, but Williams is a risky option in fantasy lineups right now.
Terrance Williams caught four passes for 35 yards in Sunday's blowout loss to Philly.
Williams and the Cowboys led at halftime, but the Eagles completely dominated the game in all aspects after the break. Dallas will have a quick turnaround when they host the Chargers on Thanksgiving, and Williams could benefit from Dez Bryant being shadowed by Casey Hayward. Still, he's no more than a weak FLEX option in standard leagues.
Terrance Williams held to one reception in Week 10 loss.
It went for nine yards, which is a huge disappointment after a nine-catch, 141-yard game last week. Williams should probably go back to the waiver wire, but maybe he will get behind the Philly defense next Sunday night.

Williams caught a season-high nine passes for 141 yards. He's now on pace for 60 receptions for 714 yards this season, but he's yet to find the end zone. Williams isn't a priority on the waiver wire this week. He gets the Falcons next Sunday.
Terrance Williams nearly breaks one in win over the Redskins.
Williams caught two passes for 36 yards, with the big play being a 25-yard catch-and-run that he nearly housed when he got into the open field. The 28-year-old receiver might be used to occupy Marcus Peters next Sunday, so he's not a recommended fantasy option. Williams is better left on the waiver wire outside of deeper leagues.
Terrance Williams caught two passes for 14 yards in Sunday's loss to the Packers.
Dak Prescott mostly relied on Bryant-Witten-Beasley in the 35-31 loss, and Williams didn't get many chances to make a play. He can be dropped as the Cowboys head into their Week 6 bye. They'll face the 49ers in Week 7.
Terrance Williams gets six targets in Week 4.
Williams caught four passes for 34 yards against the Rams. Though he hasn't scored yet, Williams is on pace for 68 catches this season. He's a valuable member of the Cowboys, but he's not a recommended fantasy option.
Terrance Williams catches three passes in Week 3.

Terrance Williams (ankle) is questionable for Week 3.
Williams is still dealing with issues from his bad roll of the ankle in Week 1 against the Giants. He'll probably tough it out and play on Monday night against Arizona, but there are probably better options for your fantasy lineup.
Terrance Williams catches four passes for 17 yards in Week 2.
Williams was questionable with an ankle injury coming in, but he toughed it out and played in the game. He should be healthier in Week 3 with another several days to get the ankle healed more, but he's not a recommended fantasy option.
Terrance Williams leads Cowboys in receiving in Week 1.
Williams, who briefly left the game with an ankle injury, caught six-of-seven targets for 68 yards versus the Giants. The ankle turn didn't seem to hinder him at all, and he came up big for the Cowboys. Williams is more of a real-life contributor than he is in fantasy.
Terrance Williams returns to Week 1 game against the Giants.
He's back after a nasty turn of his ankle on the Cowboy's first drive of the game. Williams might have more of an issue with swelling at halftime or after the game.

Williams turned his ankle very badly on the Cowboys' first drive of the game and is questionable to return. It appeared to be a nasty turn, but it's possible he's able to get it taped up and return to the game.
Terrance Williams re-signs with the Cowboys on a four-year deal, according to Adam Caplan.
Williams was expected to be gone, but he's back on a long-term deal after testing the free agent waters. This likely means that Brice Butler won't be a starter opposite Dez Bryant. Williams should provide steadiness for the Cowboys, but isn't a good fantasy option.
Terrance Williams had four catches for 68 yards in playoff loss.
Williams will be a free agent this offseason, so it will be interesting to see where he lands. He could definitely stay in Dallas, but someone may throw more money his way than Dallas is willing to spend, with a lot of cap space already tied up with Dez Bryant.

Williams had five catches for 76 yards and a touchdown. The touchdown was a 31-yarder on a beautifully designed play-action pass that had Williams wide open for a walk-in touchdown from Dak Prescott—they don't come much easier. Williams isn't a good fantasy option against the Bucs next week.
Terrance Williams caught two passes for 13 yards in Thursday night's win.
He was targeted near the end zone, but blatantly pushed off--though it wasn't called like a lot of other things in the game--and the ball was way over his head anyway. Williams isn't a fantasy option; leave him on the wire.
Terrance Williams catches ten-yard touchdown on Thanksgiving.
It was an amazing catch by Williams, who tight roped the sidelines in the endzone. Definitely a contender for catch of the year. Williams isn't a good fantasy option and can stay on the waiver wire.
