The date is set. Amazon Prime Day 2021 will take place later this month on June 21 and June 22.
Last year, Amazon moved its Prime Day from the normal summertime slot into October due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, it’s back, and it’s earlier than usual, taking place in June instead of July. The Summer Olympics and July being a busy month for vacations were factors in Prime Day 2021 being held in June.
Prime Day delivers millions of deals across many categories throughout Amazon. The event also draws interest to the Amazon Prime membership, which offers Prime Delivery and Prime Video among its features.
Many deals, some of which have already started, begin ahead of Prime Day. Televisions and books are two of the types of items that tend to provide among the best values on Prime Day.
As part of Prime Day, Amazon is offering what amounts to free money if you buy from the online titan often. You can get $10 in Amazon credit by ordering a $40 Amazon gift card. Basically, you get a $50 Amazing gift card for the price of $40. However, the credit must be redeemed by August 7.
Amazon Prime Day 2021 runs June 21 & 22.
