The unfortunate cheating controversy has dominated the headlines over the past several days, but spring training and baseball season is getting closer. PlayStation just revealed the gameplay trailer for the upcoming MLB The Show 20:
There is a lot buried in quick glimpses throughout the trailer, but be sure to watch the entire video so you don’t miss the tease of a legend showdown between two of the biggest rival teams in all of sports. PlayStation promises MLB The Show 20 will have “more modes, greater customization, and more exciting new paths to rake in rewards.”
The trailer also appears to show players having more personality and emotion than ever before, and it includes a nice first-look of sorts at former Nationals third baseman Anthony Rendon in the uniform of his new Angels squad.
There are four different editions of the game: the standard edition, MVP Edition, GameStop Exclusive 15th Anniversary Edition, and the PlayStation Store Exclusive Digital Deluxe Edition.
