Hunter Henry | Patriots TE

Hunter Henry did not catch a pass in the Divisional Round.

Henry started the game for the Chargers, but he was on a pitch count in his first game of the season after his great recovery from an ACL injury last May. This season didn’t end how he and the Chargers would have liked, but his return was still a good story. Entering his fourth season, Henry is fully healthy for the offseason and will offer obvious TE1 value in 2019 fantasy drafts. Henry had touchdown totals of eight and four in his first two healthy NFL seasons.

Hunter Henry | Patriots TE

The Chargers have officially added Hunter Henry (knee) to their active roster.

This was the deadline for the Chargers to take Henry off the PUP list and add him to the active roster this season, and it’ll allow him to have a chance to play in this weekend’s Divisional Round and beyond this postseason. Henry obviously does not have to be active on gameday for Sunday against New England, but he should make a strong push to play after returning to practice last week. The third-year tight end has had quite the comeback after tearing his ACL in the spring, and it’ll be awesome if he gets back on the field for a Chargers team looking to make a Super Bowl run. Henry could be a major weapon for Philip Rivers, and the Chargers deserve credit for hoping all year that Henry might be able to play despite the ACL tear suffered during offseason training. We’ll monitor Henry’s practice status throughout the week.

Nick Foles | Free Agent QB

Nick Foles leads the Eagles to Wild Card win versus the Bears.

Foles was 25/40 for 266 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions in Philadelphia’s 16-15 victory in Soldier field to cap Wild Card Weekend. The first interception came on a play where Wendell Smallwood had the ball taken away from Roquan Smith on a pass over the middle, and the second interception came on a play where he had his hand hit while attempting to hit Nelson Agholor in the end zone. Foles’ first score was ta ten-yarder to Dallas Goedert on an in-breaking route, and the second score was a game-winner to Golden Tate on an out route on fourth-and-goal with 56 seconds remaining in the game. The numbers weren’t exceptional, but Foles had another strong game and came up clutch when it mattered most, which is what he’s done throughout his career. Foles will look to keep it going as he heads to New Orleans to face the Saints in the Superdome one week from tonight.

Darren Sproles | Retired RB

Darren Sproles handles six touches in playoff loss.

Sproles rushed three times for four yards and caught three passes for 21 yards. The Eagles went exclusively with Sproles and Wendell Smallwood at running back, but it was mostly a passing attack that stalled out after the first quarter. Sproles was thought to be winding down his playing career, but there has been recent talk of him playing in 2019, which is certainly believable considering the juice he brought down the stretch. If the veteran suits up next fall, it probably wouldn’t return much fantasy value outside of deeper PPR leagues.

1/13/19 - 08:03 PM ET

Hayden Hurst | Free Agent TE

Hayden Hurst held without a catch in playoff loss to the Chargers.

Hurst was targeted once for his postseason debut. The rookie only totaled 13 receptions for 163 yards and one touchdown in the regular season, but Baltimore will hope he can break out next year in tandem with 2018 third-rounder Mark Andrews. Hurst is a buy-low target in dynasty leagues, but Andrews might have the brighter outlook right now.

1/6/19 - 04:47 PM ET

Spencer Ware | Free Agent RB

Spencer Ware does not carry an injury designation for the AFC Championship Game.

Ware (hamstring) was a full practice participant the last two days, and he’s officially ready to face the Patriots with a Super Bowl trip on the line this Sunday. Damien Williams has been spectacular during Ware’s absence, but Ware is going to get some work as a very capable runner with an all-around skill set, and it’ll be nice to see him back on the field after missing the last four games. Ware’s presence is a good boost for the Chiefs, who are very close to full health (linebacker Dorian O’Daniel is the only player not playing).

1/18/19 - 04:02 PM ET

Adam Shaheen | Free Agent TE

Adam Shaheen caught three passes for 13 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Eagles.

Shaheen saw an extended role with Trey Burton (groin) inactive, catching all but one of his four targets. The 2017 second-round pick will look to have a healthy offseason and establish himself as the team’s clear No. 2 tight end in 2019, but he won’t be a recommended fantasy option behind Burton to start the year.
