Mitchell Trubisky | Bills QB

Mitchell Trubisky, Bears improve to 12-4 with 24-10 win over the Vikings.

Trubisky was 18/26 for 163 yards, zero touchdowns, and zero interceptions, also adding three carries for 16 yards. The Bears sat some guys like Allen Robinson (ribs) that were less than 100%, but Trubisky and everyone else played, knocking Minnesota out of playoff contention. Trubisky’s regular season ends by competing 66.6% of his passes for 3,223 yards and a 24:12 touchdown-interception ratio with 68 carries for 421 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. The 24-year-old will probably be the key for how far Chicago can go in the playoffs, but they stay at home next Sunday to take on the red-hot Eagles.

James Washington | Free Agent WR

James Washington caught three passes for 64 yards in Sunday’s win over Cincinnati.

Washington brought in all three of his targets—including a 47-yard catch—to lead the team in receiving. The 22-year-old will hopefully carry some confidence in 2019, and the Pittsburgh offense is explosive enough that he can have fantasy value behind Antonio Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster. As a rookie, Washington finishes with 16 grabs for 217 yards and one touchdown.

12/31/18 - 03:44 PM ET

Darren Sproles | Retired RB

Darren Sproles gets nine touches in Week 17.

Sproles carried seven times for 24 yards and caught two passes for 12 yards versus Washington. The veteran running back’s regular season total comes to 29 carries for 120 yards and a touchdown along with 15 receptions for 160 yards and two touchdowns in six games. Sproles, who is said to be playing in his final season, will now look to contribute in the postseason as Philadelphia looks to repeat.

12/31/18 - 02:20 PM ET

Tyler Higbee | Rams TE

Tyler Higbee catches one pass against the Niners.

Higbee gained 36 yards on his one reception in Week 17. Higbee’s regular season ends with 24 receptions for 292 yards and two touchdowns. He’ll be among the keys for the Rams during the postseason, particularly in the red zone.

12/31/18 - 03:42 PM ET

Josh Adams | Free Agent RB

Josh Adams gets 14 touches against the Redskins.

Adams carried 11 times for 50 yards and caught three passes for 33 yards in the Eagles’ win. Wendell Smallwood started the game and continues to run the ball better than Adams, but Adams received nearly as many touches. The undrafted rookie’s first regular season ends with 120 carries for 511 yards and three touchdowns along with seven receptions for 58 yards. He’ll now get a taste of the playoffs in his first NFL season, and the run game will obviously be important for Philadelphia as they look to repeat.

12/31/18 - 02:18 PM ET

Eli Rogers | Free Agent WR

Eli Rogers caught seven passes for 57 yards in Sunday’s win over the Bengals.

He also rushed once for a loss of four yards. Rogers provided a boost to Pittsburgh’s offense since making his season debut in December, but he will only have fantasy value to start 2019 if a surprising trade of Antonio Brown happens to make JuJu Smith-Schuster, James Washington, and Rogers the starting trio.

12/31/18 - 03:41 PM ET

Wendell Smallwood | Steelers RB

Wendell Smallwood gets 16 touches against the Redskins.

Smallwood carried 12 times for 53 yards along with four receptions for 24 yards in the Eagles’ Week 17 win. The third-year running back started the game for Philadelphia, which was good to see considering he’s been clearly running the ball better than Josh Adams in recent weeks. Smallwood’s regular season ends with 87 carries for 364 yards and three touchdowns along with 28 receptions for 230 yards and two touchdowns. He looks set to enter the postseason as the top ball-carrier for the Eagles, but we’ll see.
