Powell caught six passes for 103 yards against the Packers, marking the first 100-yard game of the rookie’s career. Powell’s season ends with 11 receptions for 129 yards in six games, and he’ll look to use this strong performance to help build some momentum as he looks to carve out a role with Detroit in 2019.

Ryan Switzer (hip) is questionable to return against the Bengals.
We’ll update you as more information becomes available on Switzer’s status. It’s still the first half, so hopefully he’s able to get back out there at some point today.

Blake Bell catches one pass against the Texans.
Bell did not gain any yards on his lone reception in the Jaguars’ Week 17 loss. Bell’s season ends with eight receptions for 67 yards. The former Oklahoma quarterback is not a fantasy option heading into the offseason.

Cody Core leaves game with apparent left arm injury.
Core had his arm immediately put in an arm cast after an ugly injury, so his day is obviously done. Hopefully the injury isn’t too serious so that Core feels better soon and can get back to 100% for offseason training. Core’s season ends with 13 receptions for 160 yards and one touchdown. He’s a bette areal-life contributor than fantasy asset heading into the offseason.

LeGarrette Blount can’t get much going in Week 17.
Blount carried 11 times for 15 yards against the Packers. Performances like this happened a few times for Blount this season, as he simply couldn’t get much going on some games. On the season, the veteran running back had 154 carries for 418 yards and five touchdowns along with ten receptions for 67 yards. Blount is 32, but teams should be interested in signing him this offseason. We don’t anticipate he’ll return to Detroit, where his highlight was a strong two-touchdown performance against the Bears on Thanksgiving.

Anthony Miller leaves game with apparent shoulder injury.
Miller just took a couple of reserves on back-to-back plays, and he apparently hurt his shoulder on the second one. The rookie receiver dealt with shoulder injuries this season, and he was hanging that arm down on his way to the locker room. We’ll update you when more information becomes available on Miller’s status.

D.J. Chark did not catch a pass in Week 17.
Chark’s rookie season ends with 14 receptions for 174 yards in 11 games. Injuries made it difficult for the second-rounder to get much going in his first NFL season, and he was a stronger special-teams contributor than offensive contributor. Chark should take a step forward in 2019, but his progress should be monitored throughout the offseason and summer—it’ll likely be watched closely considering he was a second-round pick without a ton of production as a rookie.
