Join now >Spencer Ware (hamstring) was officially a full participant in today’s practice.
This is a great start to the week for Ware, and we anticipate he’ll be ready to go for Week 17 against the Raiders. We’ll update you if anything changes, but expect Ware to be a full participant throughout the week before not being listed on the final injury report ahead of the weekend. Assuming he plays, Ware will be at least a solid FLEX option with fantasy titles on the line. Damien Williams playing well in his absence prevents him from being a sure-fire RB1/RB2 that should be locked into all lineups.

Andy Janovich catches one pass in Week 16 loss.
It went for 11 yards. Janovich can stay on the waiver wire heading into the season finale.
12/24/18 - 11:33 PM ET
Antonio Brown (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Week 17.
Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin says Brown is undergoing tests on his knee. He didn’t practice the last two days while being listed as “Coach’s Decision/Knee”, but it now looks like this knee issue is something that could keep him out Sunday against the Bengals. We believe he’ll tough it out and suit up in the regular season finale with the Steelers needing a win to have a chance at the postseason, but it’s no lock. Pittsburgh kicks off at 4:25 PM ET on Sunday, which could complicate things for fantasy owners if there’s no more clarity on the situation in the next 24-48 hours.
12/28/18 - 03:09 PM ET
Phillip Lindsay (hand) is out for the rest of tonight’s game.
Lindsay had his had scrunched between some defenders and has unfortunately been ruled out for the rest of the game here in the fourth quarter. The undrafted rookie running back’s Christmas Eve game agains the Raiders ends with ten carries for 46 yards and two receptions for 11 yards. Fellow rookie Royce Freeman will handle most of the carries for the rest of the game, but we could see a lot of Devontae Booker with the Broncos in comeback mode.
12/24/18 - 10:40 PM ET
Bobo Wilson catches one pass for 16 yards in Week 17.
Wilson’s season ends with four receptions for 52 yards. The second-year receiver from Florida State isn’t a great bet to deliver strong fantasy value in 2019 unless Adam Humphries leaves Tampa Bay.
12/31/18 - 08:38 AM ET
James Conner (ankle) officially remains a full participant in practice.
Two straight full practices for Conner indicates he should definitely be ready to go for this Sunday against the Bengals. Expect to get Conner back as a strong option in fantasy lineups with titles on the line, but Jaylen Samuels has earned more work after he played well in Conner’s absence. We’ll update you if Conner is listed with an injury designation on the final Week 17 injury report, but we expect he might avoid a designation assuming he gets another full practice in tomorrow.
12/27/18 - 03:53 PM ET
The Texans promoted Steven Mitchell Jr. to the active roster.
This is a corresponding move with Demaryius Thomas (Achilles) being sent to injured reserve. Mitchell is an undrafted rookie from USC, where he battled injuries throughout his college career. He’ll look to carve out a nice role heading into the postseason, but he’s not a recommended fantasy pickup.
