DeVante Parker | Retired WR

DeVante Parker held without a catch in season finale.

Parker was targeted three times, but couldn’t bring any of his looks in. While the 2015 first-round pick missed five games, he finishes the season with career-lows across the board, catching 24 passes for 309 yards and one touchdown. At this point, it would be a surprise if Parker was back in 2019, so he will be an intriguing target in fantasy drafts next summer depending on his new landing spot.

Todd Gurley | Free Agent RB

Todd Gurley (knee) officially did not practice today.

Gurley doesn’t need practice time to play, but it’s hard to feel good about his Week 17 status if he’s not able to get out there in at least a limited capacity tomorrow.

12/27/18 - 08:22 PM ET

Scott Simonson | Free Agent TE

Scott Simonson catches two passes in Week 17.

Simonson gained 14 yards on his two receptions versus Dallas. Simonson’s season ends with nine receptions for 86 yards and a touchdown, and he’s not a fantasy option as more of a real-life contributor heading into 2019.

12/31/18 - 10:41 AM ET

Royce Freeman | Rams RB

Royce Freeman rushed seven times for 21 yards in Monday night’s loss to the Raiders.

Freeman failed to get going as Oakland played stout run defense on Christmas Eve, and he didn’t catch his lone target in the passing game. Denver’s third-round pick will look to end his rookie campaign on a high note when they take on the Chargers next week, but he won’t be a recommended fantasy option unless Phillip Lindsay (hand) sits.

12/24/18 - 11:26 PM ET

Kenjon Barner | Buccaneers RB

Kenjon Barner (knee) is officially listed as doubtful for Week 17.

Barner will likely be ruled out on Sunday, which could lead to rookie receiver D.J. Moore returning punts for Carolina.

12/28/18 - 12:48 PM ET

Darren Waller | Retired TE

Darren Waller catches two passes in Raiders’ Christmas Eve win.

Waller gained eight yards on his two Week 16 receptions versus the Broncos. Waller has upside and is worth a look in dynasty leagues, but he’s not a recommended fantasy option to conclude the regular season against the Chiefs.

12/24/18 - 11:36 PM ET

Chris Godwin | Buccaneers WR

Chris Godwin scores two touchdowns in Week 17.

Godwin caught six passes for 114 yards and two touchdowns against the Falcons, brining his 2018 receiving total to 59 receptions for 842 yards and seven touchdowns. Fantasy owners that trusted Godwin against a Falcons defense that had been playing well in recent weeks had it pay off in championship mashups. This season was a strong step forward for the 2017 third-round pick, and he’ll look to continue getting better in 2019. We think Godwin should clearly be a full-time player that gets nearly 100% of the snaps, and that’ll likely happen because he’s simply a very good player. Godwin will likely be a good value in fantasy drafts this summer.
